Quality product made in India. I am so thankful I was able to get one before they disappear. It is small, but so is the 1526 Tyndale facsimile bible.William Tyndale was a 16th century reformer who was the first to translate the original Greek bible into English in 1526. Printed in Germany and smuggled into England, these bibles were small exactly so they could be hidden from authorities who burned them all except a handful. Tyndale himself was executed for heresy by the Crown.

Yes, it is tiny, yes, the photo is misleading, but, when you see it for yourself, your heart will melt with the love and kindness in the workmanship. My standard size Bible fits on it JUST FINE.This is a keeper, I love it.Actually, the small size is so humble it is lovable.

I have wanted a decorative Bible stand for a couple of decades now. My Dad and Mom's held the family Bible. When I saw this one, I ordered it as soon as possible. Now, even though I have inspected the book stand and love the sturdiness as well as the look, our home is under hurricane damage repair. So, I haven't exactly used it yet. But, we are closer to repair completion and with faith, I can vividly imagine how beautiful it will look.

It's a little small. As you can see in the picture. It is sturdy and the craftsmanship is beautiful.

Great idea, beautifully crafted. I wish it was a little bigger. It's very small, does the job but once you put a medium size book on, you can't barely see the stand. The picture on this website is deceiving, I got it for my daughter's confirmation, and when she put the same size bible on the stand, the book drown out the stand, it's half the size of the picture here.

This is a miniature stand of micro-size, about the size of child's palm, so ridiculously small that it looks like an item in a child’s toy set. If you intend to use it as a stand for books like a Bible or a dictionary, it doesn't work. May be it can be used for display as a curiosity with a miniature book on it. Can't understand why such miniature products are sold as real usable merchandise.

Nice quality...I have a Missal on it that measures about 5" wide, 7" tall and 2 1/4" deep, not sure the weight but it's a bit hefty...I keep the Missal open on the stand and it holds it perfectly. What you can't really tell unless you look closely at the first picture is that the middle of the stand has a space that is about an inch wide so it will hold an open book with a thick spine no problem.

This is a joke, it’s so small my Bible is to large for this toy. It does look handmade not to bad looking, perfect for holding Reader Digest books.
