I purchased this as a gift for my book loving sister in law for Christmas. It is GREAT quality! SUPER cute! I love the pink and the little quote on it, the page holder is an awesome added bonus. Can put glasses or earbuds in the middle of triangle if wanted and needed as well. Super reccomend

This little bookstand is a neat little concept. It's a little structure of which you can set up an area or what I like to think of as a 'station' for your reading materials- be it a physical book or digital device- this structure has the versatility to handle it all. This particular version is the more feminized one, it comes in a natural wood version, but I got this one for my mother who is an avid reader and she loves it. It comes packaged in a gift box quality, sturdy cardboard container with a lid that you can use to store it if needed. The stand itself is made of some sort of wood, light but hard. It's a triangular structure with a peak that you lay your book across to hold your place when you aren't reading it. One side has a lip for holding your book or device when it's in stand mode. The bottom folds out revealing a couple of carved out areas, one for your page holder and one to place your beverage. The hinges are of good quality and and are installed with precision. The structure Is very smooth with no sharp edges, gouges, or splinters. The pink finish is delicate and even without blemishes or imperfections. All the joints are precise with no gaps and are fastened evenly and securely. The fold out also lines up evenly and precisely when extended. Very well made in my opinion. There is even a motivational expression displayed on the front to brighten you day. The only thing i would change or rather add to this product would be to add a clear coat to the finish. The instruction manual says to not get it wet and I think this would be helpful to waterproof it especially if you intend to use it as a coaster. I intend to clear coat this myself when I get time. Otherwise, this is a well thought out, well designed product that i think would be very useful to most anyone who likes to consume information no matter the format.
