My daughter had an American Revolution Wax Museum at her school, so we were in a pinch wondering what she would wear to represent her historical person. When we received the product I was surprised by the quality and how well it fit. I'd say they fit true to size. The only down fall was the pants were extremely thin so we had to wear leggings underneath it.

I got this for a 3-year-old—knowing it would too big. It goes to his shins, but otherwise fits him well. I don’t understand the fur around the hood really, but it just kind of works. I like that nothing covers his face. The material is a polyester that hangs well and, while cheap, doesn’t feel too thin or weak. I’m overall pleased by this simple costume.

As a poncho, I think that the fabric is lightweight but cheap feeling. I didn't use this as a poncho, but did use it to make a ghost candy bowl. It turned out great. I just placed the poncho over a large bowl sitting on top of a stool, and then stuffed lights underneath it. It only took a couple minutes. I liked the design of the ghost and the zigzag hem, which I picked over another design with just round circles for the mouth and eyes with a straight hem. I think it helped with the effect.
