I became frustrated with the detergent's supplied caps as it is impossible to get the right amount of detergent. They seem to be designed to use too much. With this i can easily get the right amount of detergent every time. The numbers are hard to read for my old eyes in a dim basement however I just used a sharpie to mark the normal amount so it is a breeze. The plastic is very sturdy and I expect this will last a long time.
