First, I followed the size chart and the vest fits perfectly. It does not look loose but I can wear a merino wool base layer and a L.L. Bean fleece lined flannel shirt under it comfortably. (I fall about mid point of the large chest size on the size chart.) You could probably go a little thicker.Next, the color. I ordered black and it is not a deep black. I had read reviews about that and expected it. Under a 4000K light it looks a little to the blue side of pure black. It should not be a problem unless you are trying to exactly match a color such as the color of the shirt you are wearing under the vest.But the best feature of all with this vest is it is warm! I'm putting together a wardrobe for a trip to Alaska in the spring and with the variable temperatures layering is the suggested approach. So a mid weight coat with layers underneath is the order of the day. The problem has been finding at least one layer that is truly warm; something warmer than a fleece lined flannel shirt or a wool base layer. Well, this is it.

Great price for a great product! Can wear it during my golf match when the weather is a bit chilly and then I can easily stowe it in my bag once the weather warms up.

Been looking for a vest like this for a long time. Its a soft, cool weather, light vest. Very breathable & can wear this everyday. True to size.

We have never ordered a Columbia product online. We have had a few jackets in our wardrobe. This vest was great. It fit perfect. It looked nice and it’s made great. Didn’t disappoint.

I wear this thing all the time. When it’s cooler, like low 40s, I wear it ofer a thick flannel and I’m perfectly warm. When it’s a bit warmer but still too cold for a t shirt, I just wear this over a shirt sleeve shirt. It’s also comfy around the house. I’ve had it covered with drywall dust and occasionally like mud and spilled coffee, washes out fine. I’ve probably washed and dried it 20 times now and it doesn’t seem to have shrunk or unraveled whatsoever. Still super soft. Need to get another one..

Leider ist die Weste, welche ich erhalten habe, nicht wie auf den Produktbilder abgebildet. Bestellt hatte ich eine Weste in Schwarz der Größe L. Die Qualität ist erstaunlich schlecht, womit ich bei der Marke nicht gerechnet habe. Der Reisverschluss wirkt extrem billig und fragil.Die Farbe ist echter ein dunkleres Grau. Allgemein macht die Weste auch einen getragenen Eindruck und ist eher größer Geschnitten. Eher ein XL als mein gewohntes L.Ich bin auch über die extrem lange Lieferzeit echt erstaunt. Bei Bestellung hieß es innerhalb 5-6 Werkstagen, nach Bestellung stand da Ende November. Nach Telefonaten mit Amazon kam es nach mehr als 2 Wochen an. Wobei Amazon da ich nicht den erwarteten Customer Support erbracht hat.Bin am Überlegen, ob ich die Weste doch nicht zurück schicken soll.
