At first, the pillow felt a bit firm. I am 5'4, 135lbs, more petite-framed. Often, I find pillows are made for taller or larger people, as the pillow height can be too high for my comfort. This neck pillow presses deeply into my shoulders while cradling my head, but the firmness is actually helpful and rejuvenating. When I get locked into the pillow, I wake up in the same position that I fell asleep! The value for this pillow is also a huge plus. It is the perfect curvature for my stature. I trained myself to stop sleeping on my side with this pillow.

I had a hard time finding neck roll pillow covers at first and then found these. I purchased one to try it out and loved it so I bought another. They are super soft, the right thickness, easy to wash and are a perfect size where I don’t have to stretch them at all to fit). I highly recommend them!

I have two neck roll pillows that are still useful but have seen better days. These covers have exceeded expectations and made the pillows look like new. They are so well made...soft, with a pleasing pattern and an unobtrusive zipper.I couldn't have found a better solution to renewing my pillows.

1st of all, it’s a very nice neck pillow: comfortable, memory-foam, nice zip-fit cover. I didn’t give it 5 stars because, for me, it might be slightly too firm. However, when I sleep on it, I do sink into it about 1/2-way and maybe that’s ideal: maybe if the foam was slightly more “smushyâ€, I would “bottom outâ€.… so maybe it’s just right. It’s comfortable for side- and back-sleeping positions. Initially I thought it might be a touch hot but I’m not noticing that anymore. The pillow comes with the zip cover and they’re calling that the “pillow caseâ€. I ordered the separate item in addition to the pillow thinking I was ordering like a linen-type fitted pillowcase, but you should know that the separate item is just another of the zip cover that comes with… not a bad idea to have the 2nd to change out for laundering, just be aware it’s not a linen pillowcase. Overall, I’m happy with it and continue to use it every night. Unless you’re specifically looking for a really soft, “squishy†memory foam, I recommend this.

I was looking for a cover that fit better than a skinny pillowcase & this was IT !! Such soft fabric that fits like a glove over my MyPillow Lumbar pillow. It’s great for under my knees while streaming my shows. I absolutely love the fit & feel ! 🥹ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

This company makes a regular and an extra firm neck roll. I ordered the regular, but think I might have been sent the firm in error. If this is the regular one, the extra firm one must be made of concrete because this thing is HARD! It causes severe pain between my shoulder blades at the base of my neck. The cover is sturdy, but the fabric is easily "picked" and also is textured so does not feel the softest against my skin. It is removable for washing but I still don't understand why they would put a white cover on a neck roll. It easily gets sweat stains. With all that being said, I would still order another one if they had a less firm version. The foam inside is just really high quality. I also have the larger version they offer for lower back/knees. It is so comfortable that my husband and I fight over who gets to use it. Our cats like to prop up against it when they sleep too.

Ordered and was supposed to take a week, but got it 3 days early!Very soft material covering the foam roll. I ordered a firm, definitely firm! Ordered rolls from other sellers and they basically collapsed when I used them. This one definitely holds it's shape and supports my neck. I have a short neck length and this is a little too big, so I might order the medium density and see if it fits a little better for me. I will say, I no longer wake with headaches from an unsupported neck. Definitely worth the money, it's very well made.

If you like a fairly firm pillow, you will like this product. Comes with a good quality pillow case. I use it for watching tv, but it is too firm to sleep with for my liking. Product as advertised.

I am an MD and I recommended this to my patients with neck stiffness and pain and they say it works well for them too. Its important that it is narrow so it fits in the curve of your neck and not behind your head

The product is of good quality, quite firm. I like the fact that it is short, I bought the smallest one. I can use it as neck support, with my feather pillow. I have been actually using it as support between my knees when I sleep on the side. It doesn't have the nasty smell that some memory foam products do. To relieve the pain it must be used on a regular basis, for a longer period of time (3-4 months). It takes time for a bulged disk to cure. The neck support cannot be very comfortable as in nature, they are quite firm and so is this product.
