I bought this pillow with very low expectations and I’m shocked to report that this pillow has literally been life changing! I habitually carry stress in my neck and shoulders, and have chronic migraines due to a neurological disorder. With the migraines, I tense up, and despite the use of muscle relaxers, this tension is compressing the nerves in my neck, resulting in occipital neuralgia, i.e. nerve pain from the base of my head on both sides of my neck, up the back of my head, across, and down into my forehead and face. It’s been a vicious cycle for years. On occasion, I’ve had to resort to steroids to break the cycle and pain. I started suspecting my pillow was contributing to the situation, so ordered this pillow. The change I’ve experienced since I started using this pillow has been absolutely amazing!!! I sleep on my side or stomach, and I can feel the support it provides my neck. My head lays flatter than I’m used to, but it’s been very comfortable and I sleep wonderfully. I’m shocked at how comfortable the space for my hand and wrist are. I’ve had a significant reduction in my headaches and occipital neuralgia, and would highly recommend this pillow to anyone with neck problems.

I'm very happy with the purchase of this pillow. I had been having neck pain which I believed to be from my pillows and how they weren't supporting my neck properly. After doing a lot of searching, I purchased the Donama pillow and was pleasantly surprised how much I liked it and how quickly my neck pain diminished. It gives just the right amount of support, it's soft and is the right height so my neck is aligned with my body. I find myself sleeping so much more comfortably and no longer waking up with a sore neck. I also like how it's comfortable no matter which position you sleep. I didn't think it would be comfortable sleeping on my stomach with this pillow, but it's actually comfortable in all positions, which makes it even better. It's easy to remove the case for washing and it just as easily goes back on. Definitely happy with this purchase.

I’ve struggled with neck pain for a while, and this cervical neck pillow has helped tremendously. It provides great support and keeps my neck in a comfortable, neutral position. It also encourages me to sleep on my back, which has been a nice bonus. Waking up without stiffness or pain has been a game-changer! Highly recommend.

Took me about a month to get used to sleeping on it. Now I can't imagine using any other pillow. It has not only helped my neck as I have arthritis but also I don't wake up with wrinkles or folds on my face like before, I feel like I'm also sleeping better. I put a silk pillow case over it. This is the only thing I'd change if I could. The company should have the option of ordering a silk pillow case for those of us who like them. For this reason I'm giving it 4 stars.

Confesso que desconfiei do travesseiro por sua configuração tão diferente, mas era ele ou outro que custava 5x mais. Arrisquei e estou muito satisfeita. Tenho dores crônicas na cervical e toda vez acordava com dor de cabeça por conta da tensão. Já havia testado inúmeros travesseiros. Acertei com 1 que é muito caro. Precisei comprar outro para uma casa de férias e escolhi (no escuro) este. Ele é tão bom que virou o travesseiro do dia a dia e o outro foi relegado para a casa de férias.
