I’ve had this pillow for three nights now and notice a difference already. I had been waking up in immense pain frequently in my neck and lower back which had gotten to the point of regularly affecting my work and quality of life. I was skeptical of this pillow due to prior experiences several years back with similar looking ones that ended up being too high and hard. This one is soft and fits great. My neck pain ended the first night so far and seems to be helping my posture. I am a little nervous that the softness might means it will degrade in a few weeks or months, but will update if that occurs. I’m waiting for a mattress topper to hopefully end the back pain, but having no migraines and shoulder pain has been a god send. Thank you!

The product arrived neatly packaged and was easy to clean since the fabric cover can be removed. I noticed a cooling effect when I used it, but I decided to put a pillowcase over it because it was white and I wanted to keep it clean. The material inside is soft and supportive, and I had a good night's sleep without waking up with a sore neck. I also felt less body soreness than usual. Overall, it seems to be of good quality and is lightweight.

Its very comfortable and soft however the pillow isn't thick enough for me, so it actually causes pain in my neck.I put a pillow under it so that its higher.

I was very impressed with the quality and ergonomics of the pillow. It has a removable pillow cover that you can wash separately from the pillow that fits snug. The head rest area is made of a material where if you have long hair, it will not matte.There are divots and curves on the edges of the pillow that allow you to put your arms above your head or behind it and it gives support to both your arms and your head, but not compromising the comfort.I highly recommended if you’re looking for an alternative to a regular pillow or looking for something that is a little more tailored to your sleeping needs.

Because of compressed vertebrae in my neck, I have a good bit of pain, especially at night. This pillow has changed that. I'm virtually pain free during the night and the quality of my sleep has greatly improved.

I’ve been using this ergonomic pillow for a couple of weeks. It’s decent and provides support for my neck. The shape is unique, and it feels comfortable at first, but it takes some time to get used to. I’ve noticed a slight improvement in my sleep posture, but it hasn’t completely eliminated my neck pain. It’s a good product for the price.
