Comfortable pillow to sleep on, & amazing neck & shoulder pain relief after only 1-2 weeks. 'Wish I would havefound this a long time ago! I still must do exercises & occasionally take an anti-inflammatory, but I can sleep throughthe night now!

Never thought I’d write a good review for a cervical anything, let alone a pillow. I’ve had two levels of my cervical spine fused and I get bad headaches and a lot of upper back muscle tension and spasms. I also sleep in the worst possible positions for my neck. This pillow has been Incredible. It’s not the shape for your arms, it’s the material and height. Most cervical pillows are too firm and too high. It’s so soft and comfortable. If I were to change anything I would just make the pillow a rectangle (taking out the arm cutouts) with everything else the same. It doesn’t matter though. I never thought I’d find a pillow I really like and that helps. I am not getting anything for this review and I do NOT review something unless it’s great or if it’s horrible.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband who has sleep apnea but doesn’t have a machine yet. The morning after use the first thing my husband said was “that pillow is awesome and helps so much!†I have noticed less snoring from him. After using it for a solid 1.5 months my husband has mentioned his neck feeling off, but that may also be due to working at a desk. I’ve tried using it a couple times, and am a stomach/side sleeper, but it was too firm for me and was almost too much support for comfortable sleep. Overall he does sleep better with it. Worth a shot for some sleep relief.

This pillow is a bit smaller than I expected, but it fits me perfectly. After one night of sleeping on it, my neck pain is totally gone. It gives great support and holds my head is a comfortable position. Although I was skeptical when I first took it out of the box and let it rest for three days, this pillow really has stopped my long-term neck pain.

EDIT 11/2/24: Okay, so ive now had a chance to sleep on the pillow for over 2 weeks, and i can honestly say it has contributed to more neck and back pain than before. It was comfortable, so I don't know if the filling changed the more i slept on it, but i did increasingly become more and more stiff in my neck and back. I had really hoped this pillow was the answer to my prayers, but realized in frustration that it was not, hence going from 5 * to 1. I had to lay on my bed without any pillows at all last night, and woke up w less neck and back. I wish it would've worked out, but sadly thiis is going back.I can see how if you're not on the smaller side, this pillow will probably not help you align correctly while sleeping. It is definitely not a queen size pillow, but for what i was looking for that was okay... I am a 5'6" 145 lb woman~ this pillow worked great for me, especially considering i have a long neck, and mild scoliosis that has gone unresolved since i was a kid. Sleeping had become burdensome more recently for the last several years, as i couldn't find a back or side position that wouldn't have me waking up w back or neck pain. It had become so bad recently that i had just decided to sleep w/o any pillow, as all of them big and small, were causing me some form of pain. Sleeping w/o a pillow didn't feel great, but it was better than my pillow situation, so at that point i was like let's just see what an ergonomic pillow would be like. As soon as i received this yesterday i immediately took it out of the packaging. It was off-gassing a pretty intense smell, but im like whatever, and laid down on it anyway. It felt great, firm yet not too firm but more importantly supported my neck and alignment in a way that allowed my body to finally relax during sleep. I napped on it immediately for a couple hours, that's how good it was. Now i am planning to purchase one for my Mom's house when i go to visit her for the holidays. It's worth the investment if you are smaller, more on the petite side, otherwise it won't line up.

The way this pillow is made it is not good for side sleeping. Only purchase this if your a back sleeper. Fortunately for me I'm both so it worked out fine. But whenever I sleep on my side. I always wake up on another pillow. Likely because it just doesn't work for side sleeping.You can kinda make it work laying on the side of the pillow. For me that works kinda because I put my arm under my pillow when I side sleep. But just putting this flat on the mattress, it's totally not for sleeping on your side. It's not comfortable if I just slap it on the bed and turn on my side no arm under it or anything. But laying on your back like I said isn't bad.I gave this 3 stars because it isn't what was advertised and is not for side sleeping in any way.

I started out really liking it! I slept well; seemed to stay in the same position longer. For about two weeks, it was good. Then, one morning, my neck hurt. That was over a week ago. It's gotten progressively worse, and I'm getting headaches. The only change has been the pillow. My chiropractor is helping me work through it, along with pain meds. It's been pretty awful. I'm back to my old pillow.Update: Although the pillow didn't work for me, I have to comment on the excellent customer service I received. They refunded my money with no issues and send a very concerned apology email for the problems it's caused. There is a lot to be said for that.

As of the 9th of January; the day I received my order till today: the 10th, the one night was more comfortable than my previous nights. The pillow relieved the discomfort and pressure I felt in my neck. The design and size is optimal. I haven’t used it with a pillow case and probably won’t. If there are any changes in the quality, I’ll update my review. I bought the same one for my wife and she said that it also helped her neck and sleeping. For having it been used just one time so far, the pillow quality appears to hold up and its functionality on point.

Too hard. The middle portion doesn't let your head sink in if that's what you're looking for.

For the price point I expected a better quality product and I'm very surprised by all the 5 star reviews. It comes rolled up and is somewhat small and flimsy. It's kinda misshapen and the material wrinkly on the underside from being tightly rolled up. It is not a true memory foam pillow, it is too soft and doesn't spring back to shape, and doesn't offer me the neck support I need. It definately has a chemical smell to it, it's not too strong but the product specifications say there is no smell, which isn't correct. Also it came with a stain on it, like as though it had masking tape on it, that was pulled off and left a sticky residue and a stain. I absolutely loathe the ear hole in the middle of the pillow, its uncomfortable and I just dont see the point of that at all. Unfortunately I find this to be a low quality pillow made from cheap materials that should be set at a much lower price point. Very disappointed.
