This pillow helped me have a better night’s sleep from the first night, surprisingly. It helps align the neck and spine, and softly cradles the head. I was skeptical about these type of pillows, but wish I would’ve gotten one years ago. I’m sleeping more soundly and waking less through the night. It’s excellent for side and back sleeping. It was less costly than some others on Amazon, and I think they’re essentially the same per the pictures, just different prices and brand names.

I love this pillow so much! I haven’t had any neck pain since I started using it. Wish there was a pillowcase that would fit snug on the pillow though. Good support, worth the money, better sleep.. all the things I was looking for.

For years I have woke up with neck pain that would last all day & I can confidently say that from day 1 of me using this pillow, my neck pain is not near as bad as it was prior to this pillow. It’s firm, yet soft & supportive. It’s only a pillow, it’s not going to solve chronic pain , but it has definitely aided in my comfort in day to day life.

I’ve had this pillow for about a year now. Offers great support for the neck. I travel a lot so when I have to sleep in hotels and don’t have this pillow, it’s hard to sleep. So I look forward to coming back home just for this comfort.I bought one for my Mom and she loves it. I’ve been recommended this pillow to all my family and friends.

It's supportive when sleeping on my back, but not as good on my side. (I don't sleep on my belly. ) It's cooling and will fit in a standard pillow case, but putting it in a cotton case takes away the cooling effect. It has armrests that help, but not as much as I'd like. The first night, I had to sleep on the short side b/c it felt like the long side didn't fit my neck size (the distance from the neck roll to the skull hole was too long for my shoulder to crown length), but then in a couple of nights, I guess my muscles had relaxed some b/c the long side has been just fine ever since. So I guess there's an adjustment period. I had been using a tricore pillow for years (also has a well for the cranium and raised sides for side sleeping), but the most recent one was just feeling too unsupportive on my back and too hard on my side. I was nervous about trying memory foam, but I've been generally pleased with this pillow a couple of weeks in. I'm not walking up with headaches anymore (starting from the first night). For reference, I have an inverted cervical curve and chronic muscle issues in the trapezius. I do wish that the hole for the skull was a bit more of a well. If my crown isn't right in it, I can tell. But then, I have a lot of pain around my atlas bone from the changes in my spine - so I might be more sensitive there. Overall, glad I bought it. I'm enjoying it.
