I was looking to replace the rolled up towel I use to sleep with to support my neck at night and this works great if you’re on your back but the sides are too stiff for side sleeping . I’m gonna keep it though because it is GREAT for floor exercises in neck support . The pillow quality and value for money is good . Just doesn’t work for what I originally intended it for

I've searched for years for a good cervical neck pillow as I suffer with severe migraines. This pillow has enough firm support but is still soft enough to not kick off migraines. It is made of two different foams. An outer area that is firmer foam and a softer piece that goes right behind your neck. The cover is removable and washable. I often flip it over and use the back as a wedge on my 1st vertebra at the base of the skull when I'm having a migraine and it's a perfect amount of pressure and support. I've had this for 5 months and love it so much, I had to come back and write a review. Also bought one for my Dad! He loves it too!

I can use this pillow for only a short period of time because of the hardness and thickness. It is still a nice neck support for my needs.

This works well for me; it provides great pain relief and is good value for money. The firmness is excellent, and the size fits anyone. The pillow quality is also really good.

Just received this little pillow yesterday and slept with it last night and wishing I'd bought it long ago. With my neck and ack pain, it's difficult finding the right position to fall asleep but this pillow cradles my neck, stabilizes so well. It's not supposed to be for sleeping but I will as long as it continues to work for me. Worked well even on my side too.

It's good to use for just a short duration just to get a good stretch. But to use it through the night is painful. I haven't been using it. Uncomfortable to use.

I would have kept this as it felt SO comfortable other than the fact that it was just too high for my neck. I'm a woman who has cervical spine issues, and if a pillow is not just right, it's going to exacerbate my pain, which this one did. However, if you're a man or you just have a differently curved neck, this might work for you. It was much more comfortable than the cylindrical memory foam neck rolls I tried. I hope the manufacturer will come out with more than one size as other women in the reviews have stated it's a bit too high for them. One size can't fit all bodies.
