Depth measurement is the product depth below the jaw and above the clavicle. Choose depth based on length of neck. Available in Narrow 2.5" depth (OTC model 2394/N), Average 3.0" depth (OTC model 2394/A), and Wide 3.5" front depth (OTC model 2394/W). Neck circumference fits sizes: X-Small (11.5-13.5"), Small (13.5-15.5"), Medium (15.5-17.5"), Large (17.5-19.5"), X-Large (19.5-21.5"), Universal (13.5-19.5 in.) Helps a lot to correct my neck posture and helps with neck pain. I was told to get a neck brace a few years ago and this helps so much when my neck is strained. I’m able to keep my neck up straight when reading or doing tasks like cleaning. This is washable and helps. Provides a lot of neck support and the size is adjustable. I have been so happy because this helps so much with my neck pain and posture.

My husband uses this at night while he sleeps and says it really helps. He use to wake up with crinks in his neck, but this thing makes it where it supports his neck.

It's a cervical collar, and it's white with velcro tabs to close it around the neck. However the velcro piece used to close the collar is very short and it's difficult to comfortably close this collar so that you can breathe. If that piece was 1.5 inches longer it would have been perfect.

I am a very large woman and my neck injury acts up sometimes and I probably slept wrong and I was in so much pain I had this rushed to me. At first I thought it was too little and wouldn’t do the job but as I tried it on it was just what I needed. It helped with support. I needed it for about three days and it was a relief. It comes in larger sizes too. This one was perfect for me since I don’t have too much of a neck space. It really helped and I am glad I bought it. No disappointment here.

Nice support, arrived quickly. But I have a 13.5" neck and Small was supposed to be 13.5-15.5. This one barely attaches. The velcro strip is same length as the neck collar and with difficulty one can attach about a fourth to an eighth inch of connecting ends. So it works (going out of town tomorrow and need this) but the sizing is wrong. a 14 or 15 inch neck would never make it.

I tweaked my neck a few weeks back and have had a lot of pain and headaches resulting. My chiropractor mentioned a soft neck brace like this might go a long way towards helping me recover and I'm already so happy I made this purchase!This foam collar isn't going to give the kind of support needed for a major injury, but for my needs it is perfect. It gives just enough support to take some of the extra pressure off muscles that are working hard to heal up. The little dip for the chin also helps keep my head at the right angle instead of pushing it too high upward - it's overall a pretty comfy fit.I wore it for several hours while working my desk job that is particularly hard on my neck. Even when leaning forward, I can feel the brace taking some of the weight and it's a good reminder to correct my posture. I did also manage to fall asleep with it at night, but woke up with it next to me on my night stand, so apparently at some point in the night I yanked it off. Still, I felt much better after even that first day/night of intermittent use, so I'll keep it in my recovery regimen!

This collar is great for my neck. It fits comfortably around my short neck and under my chin where the medium size did not. The black color is great in comparison to the white ones that cannot be cleaned when stains appear. I have chronic neck pain that becomes more acute at times and this collar helps with positioning and pain in those times.

Il a fallu dès le départ recoudre la bande velcro. C'est très bas de gamme mais je n'ai rien trouvé d'autre qui était assez grand, donc c'est OK.
