I have never used a pillow like this one before. I knew my neck was hurting and I wasn't getting the best sleep with my standard pillow. I saw this cervical pillow and thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did! This pillow is soft, yet supportive and holds my head and neck in perfect alignment. I no longer wake up with neck pain and wake up less often at night. It does take some getting used to at first. I was surprised at how small the package was that it came in, but it fluffed right up once it was out of the bag. Mine never had any smell so I used it that first night. At first I used a pillowcase with it, but it works better without it. The cover is removable on the pillow so you can wash it as needed. All in all, I love it and would recommend it. I sleep in all positions, stomach, back, and side and it works well for all.

I have been using this pillow for a couple weeks now and I really like it. I have had back and neck issues for many years, due to a whiplash accident in high school. This pillow provides a cradle for my head and neck and I don't end up pinching off nerves like I do when I use a regular pillow. It has a place for your arms on each side. I also really like the silky material. It feels good on my skin and hair. The only thing I would like is if it were just a little thicker. Sometimes when I sleep on my stomach I have to bend it, but I have to do that with a regular pillow also. Overall, I am very pleased and I think it has improved my sleep quality and reduced my pain.

This pillow offers fantastic support for my neck and head. The special memory foam contours provide a comfortable and pain-free sleep.However, as a side sleeper, I found the pillow to be a bit too short. I had to add a flat pillow underneath to get the right elevation. Once I did that, it was perfect.Overall, this is a great pillow, especially for back sleepers. If you're a side sleeper, be prepared to add a little extra support.

I was a bit skeptical about this pillow, I have, for years, woken up every single morning with minimally a stiff neck having to tilt my head side to side to crack it a few times to loosen it up. Every once in a while it would result in unbearable neck pain and back pain. I'm a side sleeper. I've tried many pillows and types. Some were better than others, but I always felt stiff in the mornings. I've had this pillow only 4 days now, the first day it felt a bit awkward, the shape takes a bit of getting used to. But I have woken up every day for the last 4 days and I have not had a stiff neck in the first time since I can remember. My neck muscles are not tense and my neck is not stiff. I sleep fuller and I feel more rested. I love this pillow.

Firmness and cooling effect meets my expectations. No weird smell which is also good. Have had pillow approximately one month and the outside removable cover is pilling already. I will see if I can find a pillow case that will properly fit the pillow but have not had success with this yet. Anyone know where to get a pillow case? Also, when removed the outside cover to wash for the first time , I noticed the interior cover which cannot be removed was already ripped which is a disappointment.

I’ve been dealing with an insane amount of neck pain for about 6 months now. This pillow was exactly what I needed! After only 2-3 nights of sleeping on this pillow my neck pain went from 10 to 3. Each night has been better and better. It was a challenge to figure out where to put my arms the first few nights(it’s like that with any new pillow though). It’s not too firm, but still plush enough that you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on a block. I like the being able to choose which best side best supports my neck. There is essentially no smell whatsoever as there can be with memory foam(being overly sensitive to chemicals this is crucial for me!). The washable cover ensures it’ll look its best for years to come!
