I landed on my head as a teen on a trampoline. Ever since I've had major neck pain and issues, I went through 2 years of migraines and finally upon seeing a chiropractor, found out my neck was almost 11 deg negative. Spent 9 months being adjusted, and it saved my life. Then life happened and can't afford the chiropractor anymore.So if I don't sleep just perfectly I wake up in extreme pain and will have bad headaches.I purchased this pillow becuase I felt it would help me to sleep on my back, as it isn't comfortable for side sleeping, and woukd support my cervical curve. Or lack there of really. It's just a little too big for me. I'm not a small woman as I'm 5'5" and weigh 200 lbs.But it pushes my head up, instead of being where I can lay flat and the pillow support my cervical curve like I hoped it would. I have found it very comfortable for when I'm in my vehicle traveling or sitting on my couch watching TV. I'll put it behind my neck to give it support.So I'm giving it 5 stars since it does work great for neck support, just personally I don't find it comfortable to sleep with. I don't blame the pillow as I tend to not ve able to find pillows that are comfortable for me.

Just what I wanted as a neck/head support, and the outer cover is attractive, soft and seemingly well made. I would recommend.

I would give 5 stars except this is a bit too large for my short neck:-/. Otherwise, excellent, comfortable and highly recommended.

I struggle with neck and back pain. I bought this pillow to use on my neck when we watch TV. I found that because I was sitting in a recliner, this pushed my head out too far, craning my neck. But, if I turn the pillow the other way and run it up my spine and position it just right, it will support my neck and let my head lean back onto the chair. It is made of memory foam so it conforms to your body, but offers support. You may have to move it around to find just the right position, but once you do it offers some relief. I love that the cover is removable and washable, but the color selection isn't so great. That purple might be alright in a kids room. I would have bought black if I could've, but the red was pretty much my only choice. Unfortunately, the red isn't the color that is pictured in the listing, it is much lighter, brighter, and pinker, so it looks pretty bad with my nice chair. I am going to recover it with high quality fabric though, because it is helpful for my neck.

Instead of using it for neck support, I’ve been placing it under my ankles in child’s pose. This adjustment has been quite beneficial, as it helps reduce the pressure on my legs when they press directly against the floor. The pillow’s softness, which was a drawback for neck support, actually works well for this purpose.

My new chiropractor instructed me to roll a towel to 4†diameter and place under my neck daily for 20 minutes. I was really noticing a difference and realized this was the perfect way to wind down and stretch my neck before bedtime.I saw this 4†diameter memory foam bolster and thought it was worth trying. It’s so much better than the rolled up towel. Consistent diameter every time and memory foam that is more comfortable and supportive. Even if you don’t have chronic neck or shoulder pain this is an incredibly relaxing habit. I highly recommend this product. Quality materials with excellent support.

Pillow is firm enough to maintain stability while you sleep, but soft enough to contour to your neck and remain comfortable.

This product will likely be too stiff for many people with injured necks, it just hurts to lay on.Now, Amazon is charging me $8 to return (even when it offers "free returns" in the listing). When did this start. I won't be ordering anything that has to be tried on for suitability or fit, etc.

The item is wonderful, it does its job, but it won't help if you plan to embrace it during your night's sleep, because the object squeezes your side-nick so tight that blood won't go through easily, it is so obvious that you can feel it.What I did to overcome that obstacle is putting it under my pillow, and it worked, within seven nights, the pain in my nick was mostly healed. I get addicted to it, I think this will travel with me everywhere I go.

It is of the right size. I sleep flat on my back with the pillow under my neck. It acts as a very good stress relief in my neck. Also, it is anti-aging. I realized after using it for 4 days that my cheekbones are lifted! You can also sleep sideways with your head on the pillow. Again since your cheek is not touching the pillow it avoids the formation of wrinkles. I really really love this pillow and I will be taking it along with me wherever I go.

I bought three different neck rolls this week, and this is the only one I liked. Good size, good firmness, and no smell. And it isn't expensive either. I haven't slept with it yet, but it is comfortable to lay on. I'm going to keep it for sure.
