Over all, this pillow is great. It helped with sleep issues. Took away the creek in my neck. And it's great for side, back, or tummy sleeping.The downside? When you sleep on one side night after night the pillow will eventually get squished down a bit on that area. It's not as comfortable when you have to flip it over to the other side to get the support you once had back.Once you get used to the backside then that side eventually gets a bit bit flatter. So what do you do? Flip it around. But then it feels weird and doesn't sleep right because of the weird angle again. Currently on that setting. The good news is it takes awhile before it starts loosing the support.Do I recommend this pillow? Yes. I've talked several people into it. Will I get another eventually? Yes. Am I going to grumble anytime I have to flip, turn, or readjust the pillow to make it feel just right again? Yes. Every. Single. Time.

THIS PILLOW!!!Holy goodness!!! This pillow has been a dream come true!!! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on all kinds of pillows: water, pancake, down, sponge filled, you name it. None of those pillows have provided the assured pain relief that Elviros Cervical Memory Foam has for me!!I have a neurological disease that causes tumor growth throughout my body internally, the majority of which are inoperable because of where they grow on certain nerve, blood vessel, and other pathways.Most recently, MRI’s have shown new, invasive tumor growth between L4 and L5, which will require a qualified neurosurgeon to remove. This particular tumor is causing neuropathy from the knees down, specifically in my feet. I also have issues with tumor growth in my underarms, internally, within the capillary network which is inoperable as doing so could cause permanent paralysis of my arms.This pillow. This pillow allows what IS for me the most perfect alignment possible of my spinal cord/column. I have experienced the most incredible reduction in neck and all over back and leg pain on a nightly basis, every night since I first unpacked the pillow on December 31, 2020!!! Before this pillow, I was spending up to 20 minutes each morning slowly stretching and moving side to side to ‘wake up’ the lower half of my body and then I had to be careful when first rolling out of bed because the neuropathy in my feet and toes was sending pin prickly fire like sensations making taking steps excruciatingly painful.Back to neck and arm pain and alignment... as mentioned above, the tumors located in the underarms that also cause neuropathy in my arms and hands has also significantly reduced as my head and neck are cradled in such a way to prevent head drop to the side.I used to wake up several times a night having to use the better arm to reach across my body and physically move the other completely dead arm to get blood flowing again. A process that often took a good 1/2 hour each time which affected my quality of sleep.This pillow!!! This pillow has definitely improved my overall quality of life as it has positively impacted the quality of my nightly sleeping experience, each and every night!!!The description states this pillow works for back, side, and stomach sleepers and I agree wholeheartedly as I am now able to sleep not just on my back, but am now again able to sleep comfortably on either side and on the occasions needed, my stomach as well!!I love this pillow for how it has positively affected my life!!! YES! YES! YES! I would recommend this pillow to just about everyone, with the exception of that one ex!!!The small white tuft is left with love from one of my cats claws that penetrated the pillow cover at one point when my pillowcase was washing in the laundry.

This is the first cervical pillow that I purchased that has lasted over a year. And most of the time I wake up pain free. However, I purchased a 2nd one for use in my son's house, so i don't have to pack this in a Suitcase, and it is much softer and doesn't have the same support.

Do yourself a favor and look up "Cozyplayer Effective Pain Relief Cervical Neck Pillow for Sleeping, Ergonomic Cooling Side Sleeper Pillow for Neck Support, Odorless Orthopedic Contour Memory Foam Pillows, Bed Pillow for Back Stomach Sleeper" It currently has a 4.8 rating and is quickly jumping in reviews. We chanced it at only 150 reviews and after all the time searching for a good pillow, we finally found it!! Sometimes it's best to get the product when it's newer to the site because clearly SOME seller *cough*cough* switch out for cheaper products once they make enough profit. After lying on it, we immediately bought two for ourselves. The new pillow is not the same as their previous pillow at all. The product was very obviously changed, with no disclaimer. I should have read the recent reviews prior, as I can see now, that this is a known issue. The new pillows have barely any cushion; you can easily feel one hand against the other through the pillow with minimal effort. When we laid on my friend's pillow, it had amazing and rather firm support, especially for your neck. The new pillow gave the same support as my super slim stomach sleeper pillow that I am trying to replace. Overall, it's terrible that they are trying to sell a cheaper version of their product, with no warning, for the same price as before. I wouldn't even put this in a spare bedroom for guests.

This product is a cervical pillow only in the sense every pillow that you put under your head, supports your cervical spine. The pillow is far too soft to be of medical use.I have fused C4/5/6 vertebrae and have used a cervical support pillow for over 15 years. I bought this pillow to replace my old one because when I do try to sleep on my side, my arm goes asleep. This Elviros design was supposed to help with that. However in just two nights of sleeping on the pillow, over 10 years of therapy was undone. My neck is grinding like it did years ago and the resulting nerve impingement has caused major pain and loss of strength in my right shoulder and arm.In short, this pillow needs to utilize much denser foam, if it’s going to actually be a decent cervical pillow. It is far too soft.

O produto estava bem embalado.É o terceiro que compro e não acerto a densidade e nem o tamanho, ele é fino e baixo. A cabeça afunda (sei que tem memória) e fica desconfortável.Tem como especificar melhor o formato do produto? Descrever detidamente os Ãtens que dêem parâmetro pra gente avaliar se é o que deseja?Qual o maior tamanho? A maior altura? Tem densidade mais firme/??

initially is very hard to get use to it, took me two weeks to be frank,it is not very soft and stiff,but after a month not cervical pain and a huge reduce of my migraine to one episode a month,from two per week...i tried to go back to my regular pillow becauae missed the hug part of it ,but i always end up switching back to this one in the middle of the night, benefits in the morning make a huge difference..i just will say give it a try minimum two weeks,even the first night despite the hardiness of it you will see the results in thw morning,

Estaba muy dura al principio, pero en menos de un mes de uso se puso suavecita. Ahora creo que se pasó un poco de suave para dormir de lado, para boca arriba está perfecta. He dormido mucho mejor que con una almohada ortopédica Tempur que compré bien cara y no me sirvió. Esta se amolda mejor a la cabeza, está un poquito más ancha de lo que necesita mi cuerpo, supongo que las fabrican pensando en extranjeros más altos y largos, pero ahora no la dejo para nada, viajo con ella a donde vaya. Me gustarÃa que fueran más económicas, son productos muy caros. También que hubieran tallas más chicas (unos 4 o 5 cm menos ancha del hueco de la cabeza al soporte del cuello; de altura están bien).

Since purchasing this pillow I've slept better than ever, no neck pain. Great to switch between side and back sleeping.

I had been having neck and shoulder pains with my previous ergonomic pillow after using that for two years. I wasn't sure how Elviros Cervical Memory Foam Pillow would feel considering it's highly unusual design. But my doubts have been banished since my first sleep and I have no more pains in my neck and shoulders. I love the features of being able to slip my hand on the sides of the pillows being a side sleeper. And while lying on my back, the pillow prevents me from side sleeping so much since that isn't good for my back. Having lower slipped disks I have to be careful with the choice of pillow and I am so glad I got this pillow. Highly recommended!
