We are a sheet pan house hold! We do not have a microwave, so everything goes in the oven and these make clean up a snap! I have ordered several brands and quite like this one. Others have a tendency to burn, these seem to hold up to even the broiler. Just a little storage hint in our house - keep them in the plastic sleeve and turn the sticky side down to stick to the shelf that you store them on for easy grab and go. We have a very short shelf just for them! They are slippery and will slide out of the package like a ticker tape parade in a heart beat if not stored properly :)

This parchment paper is excellent.I like it because it is unbleached, holds up to high temperatures and is already precut.In some instances it can be used more than one time before thrown away.Once I run out I will be reordering more.
