The strainer between levels has large holes cause tea leaves to fall into your tea, was very disappointed when I found this out.It does stay warm for extended periods of time though.

I like the tumbler the bottle is glass the lid is plastic. Which I didn't like. It broke after 3 days maybe I am clumsy. That's when I found out the lid is plastic. Design is nice doubled later you won't feel it's hotEasy to clean When you load it with he la teas or what's ever ur drinkingake sure you flip it multiple times because the water gets stuck out of the filter.

The mesh filter has holes that are too large, allowing tea leaves to pass through, resulting in an unpleasant drinking experience.

I absolutely love this. I purchase to take on a trip and it worked so well. It’s double glass wall, and while it does get hot, it chills enough to hold by the time the tea is ready. Some of the herbs I use pass through the strainer, so I still use a tea bag for those, which doesn’t bother me. I rather not have any herb in my tea. Everyone that was with me on the trip likes it too.
