I really loved this mug!! It does feel fragile, but other than that I really liked it! Easy to use and the tea strains well when you bring the middle part out.

I like these cups however the actual glass is super thin and you will burn yourself if you aren't careful. Its a miracle i haven't broken one yet because they are so delicate. They do work really well though and I do not regret this purchase, I just wish they were a bit thicker.

This is the second glass tea cup I have ordered. My husband accidentally broke the filter in the first one. I love herbal teas & elixirs. This teacup allows me to watch the herbs seeping. The filter allows me to easily remove any floating pieces of herb. The cup is dainty, beautiful, functional, nice full cup capacity, & crack resistant. Then I take the filter out, I’m able to use the lid to hold the filter. This is my most favorite tea cup!!

I LOVE the design of this cup. But after using for only two days (4 cups of tea), the steeper insert chipped on one of the slots. The loose-leaf tea gets stuck in the slots, making cleanup a hassle! I may have been a bit too aggressive in cleaning the slots, which is why I titled it fragile. So beware and be gentle, lol. I didn't want little pieces of glass in my tea so I replaced the insert with a stainless steel steeper. Works just as fine and I can still use the cute cup and lid.

I like this product and it looks very nice, especially if you like to watch the tea brew. But you need to know that this cup was not made for limber jacks or the indelicate, it is a true European tea cup style.
