I ordered this item for my daughter’s family. There was confusion about the delivery dates but the company stayed with me emailing back and forth until they located where the package was and the date it was put it the box. What a relief to work with a company like this! The bag and zippers are durable and the perfect size for all 3 boards and a skimmer. I would definitely buy from this mom and pop company again. The bag that I purchased was not quite big enough to fit my 48" board but I was unable to return it immediately and missed the deadline date by 5 days. I called the company to explain the predicament, they told me which bag would fit my board and had not problem accepting my return a little late. The new bag is a perfect fit, very well made and far exceeds expectation.
