We needed a solution for our office. Instead of someone knocking on the door to see if someone was in the bathroom we got this. The directions were a little difficult so we had to watch a YouTube video. Once installed, this thing is solid, and it looks really nice in our office. Thank you!

This door handle is very sturdy and well built. They easy to follow instructions made instillation a piece of cake. I’m actually going to order more for the other restrooms in my building. I definitely recommend

This is a sturdy doorknob, obviously intended for commercial use. I used it to replace a bathroom doorknob on a standard residential wood door.Reversing the handle direction was simple and the directions were clear.Installing it involves pressing large metal spikes into your door, which prevents rotation but leaves permanent divots (all hidden by the knob, of course).I ran into the first snag when putting the handle back on after tightening the screws—it wouldn't go on. I eventually figured out that the tongue from the lock is too long. Perhaps my door is unusually thin, but I wound up having to saw off about a quarter inch of that rod to get the second handle to click back on.Secondly, I'm finding it very stiff. It doesn't have enough spring force to return to center, which keeps it from latching or locking. I took it off and put a bunch of lithium grease inside, but it's not much better. Hopefully other reviewers will offer a solution. For now I'm keeping it on the door but only giving it three stars.

If installing on a regular size door the hole will need to be enlarged. Indicator is very visible to show if occupied or vacant.

Nice knob, intalled easily enough and for a bathroom in a work environment I like the Nacant/In-Use indicator. Since everything went well, there isn't a lot to say. That's a good thing in this situation.
