I purchased the Nalison Coffee Urn for workplace events, and it’s been a fantastic addition to our tasting room. We have been using it for making hot spiced cider and hot buttered rum. The heat up time is quite fast, the large lid makes it easy to make the recipe right in the kettle and for different drinks, the temperature adjustment feature is incredibly handy. The 12L capacity is ideal for gatherings, and its straightforward design makes it easy for anyone to use.The only things that are slightly negative I'd say is the digital temperature gauge is a little hard to read as it can be faint (overall great addition though, makes me actually believe the temp over just a knob with writing) and the spigot is a bit high in the container so there's a gap of around 2" from the bottle on the urn to the spigot making the excess not reachable for the last tidbits in the urn. Although this may be nice or intentional for keeping coffee grounds out of the customers drink.Overall, great product!

This was perfect for making hot chocolate for my students before our holiday break! Took no time at all to heat up and stayed warm all day!

This worked out great for our Christmas party. We didn't want it to be too hot so it was nice to have the temperature thermostatically controlled.

This is the perfect item for a large office staff. We make one pot of coffee in this, and it lasts all day long. Love it!

It seems the lid does not actually lock. It just sits on top and is was very loose. The water took over an hour to heat and when the coffee began percolating it overflowed. The water was below the level and the coffee was in the coffee maker. Not a good experience.

So disappointed! It came with NO instructions. We looked it up on line and it said to plug it in, fill with water and set the temperature and that's it. We'll, we never got coffee. It never left the warm cycle and never heated up or perked any coffee. Do church went without coffee.
