I am not one to take the time to write reviews, In fact this may be the first! My wife cooks with more garlic than any one person should ever need to, (She IS Italian). She decided that she needed a professional grade garlic peeler so she could buy it in bulk and freeze it for future use. She purchased this "Garlic peeler" with the intention of doing just that. I unboxed the unit and thought that the heft of it was a good sign, WRONG. The unit was easy to use if you have 4 arms. It tries to walk off the counter as soon as you turn it on so someone has to hold it in place while the other person feeds it and tries to catch the garlic coming out. The rubber feet got no grip on the granite counter top. If you have dogs that like catching food that it thrown in the air, they will be happy. The machine launches garlic out of the bottom shoot at the speed of sound. Good luck catching it all. It has maybe a 30% success rate at peeling the garlic on the first try. Most garlic required 3 runs to get it peeled. Then trying to sort the garlic from the peel mess (and checking it all for the ones that needed to go again) was very time consuming and messy. The cleaning process wasn't too bad as it took only about 45 minutes. Watch you fingers as the edges of the stainless steel is all sharp. All told it was a 2 hour process to peel and clean a 3lb bag of garlic.As there were no reviews written yet for this product at the time of purchase, I hope this saves someone the trouble of going through what I had to.

No lo recomiendo no sirve para nada fue un fracaso quisiera saber si me gustarÃa regresar porque no sirve no recomendado si me lo pudieran canbiar por otro mejor
