  • If the lid is made for a standard half sheet rimmed baking pan like ours, most standard lids should fit these baking pans as well.

  • The exact dimensions of the baking pans from rim to rim is 17.8" x 12.95" x 1.05" deep. The interior base of these baking pans measures 16.5" x 11.6" which fits a standard size silicone mat perfectly.

  • These baking pans are made of natural aluminum and do not have a non stick coating. Unlike teflon or non stick coatings that peel and rust, these baking pans are made of a non-porous aluminum which provides for a natural non-stick performance.

  • These baking pans will not warp, they are made to handle high temperatures of up to 500*F / 260*C. They are constructed with a thicker grade 18 gauge stainless steel and a reinforced thick, 6mm steel rolled galvanized rim to prevent warping.

Thick, sturdy, no warping ever even when used at 500F in the oven or under the broiler.Things I thought would stick, don't, and for anything that might just use parchment and you're good. We've made everything from chicken breasts and pork loins to homemade croissants and cookies on these pans.I'll never buy any other sheet pans.DO NOT put in the dishwasher. I nearly murdered my son for ruining the nice shiny metal finish on one of mine by putting it into the dishwasher. It's ugly but it still works fine. I think I'm going to buy another 2 pack though and make him take the ugly one to his new apartment. It'll still be better than anything a 20 year old would buy on his own, and then I'll have 3 nice pans!

There are 2 pans that are quality material. Arrived promptly and box was not crushed.

I’ve made the same cookies dozens of times but this was the first time on these new pans. They usually take 10 minutes but I set the timer for 8 minutes just to be safe. This is what happened. Not sure why but these pans, although heavier and nicer than my old ones, burnt the cookies to a crisp in less time than I baked them in the old cheap pans.
