I initially ordered a cover for my gas stove but the product did not fit. So I looked for baking pans large enough to cover the stove when it is not being used, giving me extra counter space, and i could use the pans for baking if I need to. I bought 2 of these pans and they are perfect for the stove, and they fit in the oven perfectly too.. They are made of heavy gauge aluminum so they should hold up well in the oven.

Ordered this in spring 2023 for about $23 USD. Unit was great, heavy gauge alum, wish it was a tiny bit longer so it fit exactly in our stove between the slots for the oven racks. The 26†stainless tray I also ordered then fits in these slots perfectly (you have to remove the rack obviously). So this one sits ON TOP of the rack which is fine and the way most folks probably want to use it, but you get slightly less tray space.I ended up using the tray for a garage project and just ordered another one today (June 2024) to replace it in the kitchen and WOW, the price had dropped to $6.99 USD -less than a 1/3rd the original price. If it’s the same quantity, that is an insane deal.

My double batch of cookies took 3+ sheets to get them done. These are sized to fit (just) in a typical 30" range oven. Yea. I cut down to 2 plus and the cookies come out exactly as on my ancient steel sheets. They did not seem to warp in the oven (375-400) at all and the finish is fine (typical aluminum) and gauge (weight) seems fine and again, just want you'd expect. Price was very attractive compared to alternatives. These will last a life time, especially mine.

I've always wanted a pan big enough to cook roasted veggies on and now I have 2. This pan is perfect of a large batch of roasted veggies or a sheet cake. Had them in 3 days just like they said and couldn't be happier. Was concerned about the packaging but not to worry the factory had that covered. Arrived without a ding. Very happy with my purchase. These will last for years. The price was perfect too.

Aluminum seems to be of good quality, size is as advertised. Giving 4 stars as I won't know durability till it has spent time in high oven heat without warping. Will revise review after usage.

BLUF: beautifully crafted, commercial specs and amazing quality one-inch full size oven pan.I bake bread four or five times per week at home, culinary-school graduate, and was tired of using flimsy quarter sized sheets that kept bending out of shape after a few minutes inside the hot oven and ruining my loaves.Enter this beautifully machined Winco full-size pan! The built is first-class with evenly-brushed finishes all around. The pan edges are full gorgeousness one-inch commercial kitchen specification, and the turn of the metal into the bottom edges are just beautifully crafted.After washing in mild soap, I put it to the test and baked four FULL-length loaves at 525F (instructions specify 550F as limit, be aware!). No bending, no charring, no stains. Oh, and the bottom is non-slip (at least in my over racks) so you won’t risk it sliding out while turning something on it.Definitely a buy!

Beautifully constructed baking tray. Fits perfectly in standard oven. Will be used as a catch tray only for oven splatter. Worked tirelessly to scrub built up, baked on food splatter from oven racks, sides and bottom panel of oven. Researched oven mats and after all the risky reviews with oven liners melting and setting off alarms, I opted for this large cookie pan as a safe alternative. No more nightmare oven scrubbing tasks since this will be strictly used to line the racks and the bottom of oven. Arrived in pristine condition, was good value for the money and is easy to wipe clean.UPDATE: May 17, 2021This baking tray scratches VERY easily as seen in the above pic. I have only used it as a catch basin now for the 3rd time by carefully placing cookware directly in this tray for baking. I have never placed open food directly on this tray, only glass or Pyrex bakewear and was amazed at the scratches! Thankfully it was not bought for any other purpose other than a catch basin for oven spills. Now with all the scientific reports about aluminum being connected with Alzeimers, I wonder if it is even safe to use this baking tray as a catch basin?! Removed one star for the scratch-prone material.
