These pans are really made well.Easy to clean & love each has a rack.I use at least 1 of them everyday.They still look like new with countless washings.After use, I let them cool & then turn over the rack & fill it with hot sudsy tap water to soak.Only needs slight sponge rubbing to clean.

My husband bought me 2 sets of these cookie sheets a few years ago and I love them! They are super shiny, easy to keep clean and make the best cookies. I bought a set for my daughter for her birthday and she loves them too. I use mine strictly for cookies so they have lasted for years now. The cooling racks are great too.

beautifully finished, nice quality, be aware that when they get hot the pans may bend out of shape. They have returned to shape after cooling. The material in these pans are not thick enough (or of a consistent enough material?) to prevent them from bending when heated.

Every holiday season for over a decade, I make a large batch of croissants to freeze and use throughout the year in recipes like stuffing and bread pudding. I didn’t have enough baking sheets, so I would use practically every available pan of random size that I owned to hold as many as they could, then transferred the risen dough to the cookie sheets when it was time to bake. This was always harrowing even on a sheet of parchment paper because raw croissants are very delicate. It also was ridiculous because the pans took up a huge amount of space while they were rising. I promised myself eventually I would buy enough pans (and a rack) to do the job properly. Finally I did, and I credit these pans for the best croissants I have ever made!I did a bunch of research beforehand to decide what material I should get for baking sheets. I wanted something non-reactive so they could also be used for acidic recipes; I went with stainless steel, but I was a little worried that stainless steel is said to be a poor heat conductor. Never fear: my croissants proved first-hand this is actually a good thing for baking! Normally with baked goods like croissants and cookies, you need to watch the bottoms carefully to make sure they don’t get too dark while the tops are becoming golden brown. Since these pans don’t conduct heat as much, the bottoms stayed on the lighter side as the tops became absolutely perfect. No more constant checking the bottoms!Some of the pans did warp slightly in the oven with a little bang (I’ve actually never had cookie sheets that didn’t do this, and most stayed warped) but they flattened out upon cooling. The cooling racks are also very sturdy and nest nicely inside the pans for storage.If you do a lot of bulk baking, here’s my recommendation:- buy two sets of these pans for a total of four pans/four racks, then buy one more pan/rack individually from the same brand (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BWHFHNQQ/ref=asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1) to make five pans/five racks- go to webstaurantstore online and buy the Regency Wall Mounted Sheet / Bun Pan Rack - 21" x 13" x 18" which fits five of the pans perfectly with room for baked goods to rise in a small footprint. It doesn’t have to be wall-mounted, it’s nice & lightweight for storage in a cabinet to use on a countertop.Happy Baking!

I like the stainless steel better than the aluminum ones I bought a while ago. Just a cleaner look and the racks that have the wires going only one direction is much easier to wash. I would definitely recommend.

I didn't expect to get anything really good. I bought this set of 4 at the same time I bought a different set of 2. The set of 2 is very flimsy, this set of 4 really impressed me, they are very stron and heavy, I was realy glad I got them. at this price and quality I would have paid more for 1 set that what I paid for all 4 pieces. Well woth yhe money and stainless steel, I know I'll have many years of good use.

I bought those baking sheets (10.5*8 inches) 5 months ago for the little counter oven. They are so great I used them much more often than the cheap ones that normally come with the little oven. I used them all the time. Pretty sturdy, and very easy to clean (hands ans dishwasher), and that include clean the grill as well ( a nice surprise). I use parchment paper but still, they look like new even if I used them at least twice a week.So much so I decided to buy the big one for the big oven hoping they are as good!

Muy buen material se limpia muy fácilmente con una esponja. No es necesario usar fibra de uso rudo. Lamentablemente se me paso y en uno de ellos lo talle con fibra y se quedaron las rayaduras muy finas. Pero no ha perdido su acabo tipo espejo. Es lo mejor que he comprado para mi horno electrico y cabe muy bien.
