The quality of the sound was decent. For the price, it isn't so bad. My mom loves them and says they are a good value. The connection is easy but make sure you are aware it is not a 3.5 slot.

Our work bought us ear pieces thar just go in your ear, but they were so uncomfortable! So I bought this one to see if it was better...and it definitely was! It comes with extra foam and rubber pieces for the earpiece which is nice! My only complaint is that it's hard to wear earrings with it because of the way it wraps behind my ear. Other than that, a wonderful product!

The sound quality is fine, but the hook is made of hard plastic that hurts and isn't big enough to fit my average size adult ears.

I can hear clear as day on it. Sadly the day I got it, when I tested it with a radio check, there was no response. Tested again with another staff near by but when pushing the button there was no sound coming through of me talking.If I want to make a call I have to unplug the ear piece. Which in my line of work as a BHT/MHT, that can be dangerous.
