Even though the terminals are thinner than what you get an auto parts store, they worked just fine for my application. I needed 1/4" ring terminals for 18 ga. wire to permanently install my battery chargers quick connect wiring to my car battery. I cut the plastic insulators off of the terminals, crimped the wire, soldered and then covered with heat shrink tubing. The ring terminals are then smeared with No/Al/Ox and fastened to the battery lugs clamp bolts.

These are very thin, not heavy duty, and the terminal is larger than a 10 gauge. They do not properly crimp in the yellow double crimp tool, probably cause the copper is so thin.Pictures show them as a full brazed ring, they are not…These are not good quality if you’re a professional. I bought them because I only needed two rings, for use with #12 stranded wire, they are trash.I don’t know how people have given these 5-stars, there are so many other brands that are 10x better similar or lesser cost!
