These were only 7/16" and not 1/2". I should have known since the nuts were half falling off.Not too big of a deal youd think but half of them wouldnt engage and just spin now making a simple job a huge cluster F.Save your money and get simpson they are significantly beefier when compared side by side.

I live at the beach. I bought stainless steel in hopes that the hostile environment wouldn't rust the anchor bolt. However, the bolts seized up and would not tightened as needed. I had to cut them off and relocate the item that I needed the bolts to anchor. I don't have a lot of floor space, moving the item was not affordable as far as available floor space. I was highly disappointed.

They do not grasp the concrete- they pulled out. Wasted $300 on these.

I've placed over 200 of these bolts in the past year or so. Installation is easy and I've not had any problems.
