Very comfortable cushion pillow I use to alleviate my lower back pain while I sleep as a side sleeper. This pillow alleviates the back and hip pressure and pain so I get a better night sleep. Cost is affordable and well worth the money. Pillow stays in place as I roll from side to side during the night. I highly recommend this pillow for low back and sciatic pain.

Works better than expected. I used to wake up at least once a night to find the pillow I used to use on the floor. This stays put and is comfortable. Seemed too firm at first, and I even considered returning it. But after a few nights it seemed to mold itself to fit, even though it's retained it's shape nicely. Nice to get a reasonably priced item that exceeds expectations here. And yes, I sleep better with less or no pain, wake up with less or no pain, and never find it on the floor in the morning. This thing works as, or better than, advertised.

this products works as intended. i however, suffer from back and neck issues, so i decided that a body pillow between both my arms and legs worked better so i no longer use this. but if you don't need your arms to be supported for spinal alignment then this is a good product to try. it doesn't take up space and moves with you easily if you sleep on both of your sides.

I have suffered for years trying to sleep with a broken back and sore knees until I bought this incredible leg pillow which has completely revolutionized my sleep in the most wonderful way. No longer do I suffer while climbing stairs or experience enormous pain during simple walks. I fully recommend this product as a 69 year old.

Had one of these pillows for years and finally replaced it and it was definitely time to do so. Very sturdy support for knees/thighs so that they don't touch while you sleep, has the perfect contoured fit. Cover is soft and machine washable which is nice, but it is difficult to wrestle back onto the pillow. I seriously can't sleep without this leg pillow.

I looked at many pillows and this is the one that spoke to me. It was delivered quickly and I was pleased with the design to the construction. That you can remove the cover to wash it was a cool and practical feature. It did the trick supporting my knees but I could never really get comfortable enough.It's not the pillow's fault; I have short, chunky legs. The pillow goes right from my crotch to my knees. My thighs are meaty and and the pillow is too thick for me at the appropriate end. (I tried it the opposite way, too, in case I was using it the wrong way.)The story has a happy ending, though! I gave it to my boyfriend who has the same lower back pain thatI do. My boyfriend stole the pillow from me. HE LOVES IT!

My wife suddenly developed upper leg pain, it was difficult to lift her leg. She made a small pillow to support her knees and that helped. So i ordered this knee pillow for her. She loves it, within 2 days the leg pain was gone and she still uses this pillow every night. She says it is not a problem rolling over which she does less than she did without the knee pillow. She also says her sleep is more sound and restful.

After using the popular 'I' beam shaped knee supports for years and seeing the covers pill and stain, I see we can now find replacement covers on Amazon, that is new.This heart shape is 2 inches longer for better calf support and you can buy an aftermarket cover in grey, the one color that won't show a faded stain from wear and washings. The wider zipper opening is more friendly to getting the cover on and off. The older style was real work to remove and replace the cover because the opening was too small.This is also better because the foam has breather holes punched through it. There is a strange surface coating on the foam, it seems to be breathable but it has a feeling like smooth felt. IMO this basic one is better than the 'cooling' gel version without ventilation holes.Over all this is a more refined version for knee pillows.
