It is very sturdy and strong. even though it is only 177 grams weight. The handle is hollow steel. I love the pattern. It is a multipurpose kitchen tool. The utensil is an art; it helps to enjoy the kitchen.

This is one of those kitchen utensils you didn't know you needed. I am loving this stainless steel cooking skimmer from Collfa. It's a quality piece and a good value. I use it for straining all kinds of things from pasta, to poached eggs, to soups. The bowl itself is nice and deep and holds quite a bit, which helps save time. I love that it's dishwasher safe and super sturdy. I am really glad to have this on hand in my kitchen!

I was thrilled to find this sturdy and beautiful stainless steel spider. It fits the gap perfectly between Chinese spider, various slotted spoons and tongs. I use it almost every day and will be buying another for my satellite kitchen. Truly could not be better.
