I finally broke down and bought a large roasting pan after decades of splitting larger batches of food between two medium-sized ones. I needed one with vertical handles to fit my oven, and after comparison I chose this one, and I'm very satisfied with it after several uses. It is solid, but not overly heavy, and it holds a lot of food for making big batches. It is also very deep - deeper than I can imagine ever needing. It cleans easily, and if you want it perfectly shiny, a little Bar Keeper's friend works great. I have not use the rack yet, but it is very sturdy. I'll try it the next time I made a pernil for a family gathering. This is an excellent pan at a good price, and it's everything I need it to be. I'm glad I did not spend more.

By far, the best roaster I’ve ever had and I’ve been cooking for 40+ years.Accommodates 20lb. turkey nicely.Very solid, heavy (but not too heavy) and easy to clean. That might be the best feature. All is needed is the scrub side of the kitchen sponge, (no Bon Ami needed whatsoever), and it retains it’s shine.Well worth the money.

I realized just days before Christmas I threw out my old roasting pan and needed one asap. I Googled top rated roasting pans and where I could get one nearby. This pan was rated at the top of the list on a few sights and thankfully the size I needed was available through Amazon and could be delivered by December 24th. I took the risk and it arrived that morning. I was very pleased with it, high quality, cleaned up well and looks very professional.

This is a great size for my 30" oven. I roasted lamb in it the other day and it was the perfect size for the meat and for my oven. Thank you! It also cleaned up easily! YEAH!! win! win!

Looks really nice. I like that it's wider than most roasting pans of the same length. Rack is fine, could be a bit more rounded, but whatever. I suppose a rack is cheap to replace if I decide I really care. I haven't had any problems putting it on the stovetop in terms of damage, no warps, pits, etc.. If that changes, I'll update. Understand, it is not plied with aluminum, so the heating surface does not heat evenly like a skillet or saucepan would, you have to really pay attention using it on the stovetop because of that. Regular cleaning is as easy as any other stainless steel I've dealt with. You obviously will have to put in a little work to keep it looking close to as nice as it does new, if that matters to you. I hit it with some barkeepers helper every few months and that does the trick to my standards.

Solid, attractive pan with roasting rack. It would be a 5+ star rating if it came with a lid. I am glad that I decided to purchase this. It cleaned up well after use and looks like it will last.

This pan really exudes quality. Nice heavy weight to both the pan and rack. Nothing flimsy at all. Mine arrived flawless, nice construction and level of finish. A great value compared to similar items being sold on Amazon. Looks really beautiful too.
