Comfortable and cool. We live in a tropical climate, and it helps combat that humid feeling when legs are together. It allows for fewer aches in your waking hours after you’ve had such a good night sleep. I did have a problem with the cover. It’s removable for machine washing, but had a faulty zipper. The friendly folks at the company were easy to contact and they sent a whole new pillow with cover even though I just asked for a new cover.

I love this pillow, it's comfortable, and doesn't lose it's shape.I have several, severe spinal issues, using this to sleep, has really helped with my lower back pain, and sciatic nerve pain.Recently, I hurt my shoulder, I've been using this pillow to rest my arm on, it's the perfect shape and thickness to help relieve the shoulder pain.

The pillow is extremely helpful, comfortable, and doesn’t get too hot. The only complaint I have is that the strap is too loose, so if you roll around, you’ll find that it slides down your leg.

I have had a knee pillow for many many years. Recently I thought I would try a new style that has the strap attached to the cover. I really like that it doesn't fall on the floor and when I toss and turn it is easy to keep between my knees. What I don't like is that this pillow after only a week of using it the material the cover is made of started "pilling." I have cut them off a couple of times. I also wish the pillow itself was a bit firmer. I am glad it was not much money and now that I know I like the strap I will look for a nicer one that hopefully does not "pill". I do not recommend this knee pillow. Spend a little more for a nicer one. You will like the strap though.

This pillow surprised me with how great it was. It is cool to the touch, cover is easily removable, and the strap keeps the pillow accessible all night — which is great because I am constantly changing sleeping positions in the night. The strap is stretchy but still somewhat loose. I don’t even notice it wrapped around my leg. The pillow itself is very comfortable and has helped my back and hips tremendously.My only two complaints are that sometimes the zipper can poke you in the leg and the other is that due to the nature of the bamboo material, it is constantly pilling.
