I have really sensitive skin, and a lot of pillowcases irritate me, but this one has been so soft and comfortable. As a side sleeper with a history of back and hip problems I have been using similar knee pillows for comfortable sleeping and some relief from the sciatic pain that comes with those lower back and hip issues. This pillow comes in at a reasonable price and has a strap that will keep the pillow in position if you shift around while sleeping. I have upcoming hip replacement surgery and the strap would be beneficial but as it is permanently sewn in getting it on and off would likely be an issue during post surgical recovery. That said it is comfortable and can be used without using the strap

This side sleeper knee pillow is a blessing in my life! I have chronic knee and joint pain, and often can't sleep at night because of the pain. Since using this pillow, my sleep quality has improved a lot.

This leg pillow felt big and bulky for me. It felt soft to the touch and was firm but did not conform well to my legs. It just wasn't as comfortable as my previous V shaped leg pillow. It doea the job of keeping hips aligned but comfortability shape wise was not great.

I bought this for my elderly mother and it helps her hips at night to stay aligned and helps with lower back and hip pain.

This is the perfect leg pillow! I love that the strap is sewn into the fabric cover. The Velcro one I purchased before, didn't stay attached. Great product!
