My husband loves these gloves! They are incredibly durable and provide excellent protection against thorns, making rose pruning, blackberry trimming, and cactus handling so much easier. The long sleeves offer great coverage, and the padding adds extra comfort while working. Now, he can garden with me without worrying about getting scratched up! If you need tough, reliable gloves for heavy-duty yard work, these are a fantastic choice!

These gloves are great! Secure fit with soft interior and fingers fit all the way. Flexible fingers and palm make for secure grip but also good tactile contact with whatever you're holding. Have been cleaning sharp thorn vines and dead branches, not a single puncture. Even more protection with ample gauntlets that reach to the elbow, so security all around. Excellent product at very competitive price!

Clearing blackberries and these gloves protect well. Prevents 95% of the thorns from getting through and what does get through isn't bad. No scratches, no blood and no digging thorns out.A previous reviewer suggested buying one size bigger because they run a little small, great advice. I normally wear large and ordered XL, they fit pretty snug which I like because I can use hand pruners with them on. Good purchase. Would buy again.

I used these gloves for the first time and the seemed to work just fine. However, the hand fit is just a bit tight for me even though I ordered the large size. Although the sleeves and back of the gloves are definitely thorn-resistant, I got a thorn prick on one of my fingers while disposing of Bougainvillea trimmings. I like the construction and material used to make the gloves and will continue to use them as my preferred way of handling my Bougainvillea and Roses.

Finally something that works perfectly with weeding Texas Netties (Bull Netties), Rose bushes (anything thorny), and covers up arm so no scratches when I gather in my arms to bundle-tie, or place in bins. I even use these for any yard labor. M

These gloves have helped me pick prickly weeds for the last two seasons, but to me they are not thorn “proof.†I’d say they are very well thorn resistant, but those prickly tall weeds have those small, sharp insidious thorns that can get through these gloves.They’re otherwise awesome for general yard work and less devastating weeds.

I bought these for my wife and she was so excited to report that not one thorn pierced these and we have a ton of blackberries around our house....I mean acres of them. I really like that they go more than half way up her forearm. They are a little tight for me but I was able to try them out and I can confirm they do in fact work and not once did i have the old "ouch..ouch...ouch" while picking through the blackberries. They are also great for any gardening you might be doing. I would say fit is spot on and they are durable and a major must for roses and blackberries and everything in between. Another thing is that they have a great feeling of grip, tools don't slip and twist and turn on us when wearing them. Good thickness and the purple floral color is just what you see on the Amazon seller page. Best thing I can say is DO IT! Buy them and save your hands and arms.
