I purchased this charging tub for travel and then hotels. I liked the idea of having everything together and then an easy way to transport inside when we left the car.This tub comes with so many pieces. I find that to be good and bad. On one hand, you can personalize the inside of the box to fit your charging needs. On the other hand, it felt like a tedious headache to put it all together. I would have rather had the option of how I wanted it laid out then to have it shipped that way instead.The materials are heavy duty. The box is very well made as are all the dividers.This is not only good for a classroom setting but also for those with big families. It’s a unique design and more sturdy than a regular plastic tote. On the go it really provides extra protection and convenience.

We have now used this product for several months, to charge and store our various devices, which include the kids' school laptops and our tablets. I love that there is a lock, so that we can safely secure the kids' electronics when we don't want them used. The kids know the limits, and respect the lock, so we don't have to constantly check up on them. We like the heavy duty plastic case, and the green top makes it instantly identifiable. The laptops and tablets fit in the slots quite nicely, and the devices charge overnight with no problem. For families with children, this is such a great device, and makes readiness for school each day a much more pleasant experience. Previously, the kids would inevitably choose to inform us, 5 minutes before leaving the house, that their laptop needs to be charged. No such problem now. We tell them to bring the laptops to "the crate" (they know what we mean), and to plug it in. Before we go to bed each night, we check to see that all the laptops and tablets are in, and charging, then we lock it up. So easy and convenient for all of us. And we almost never have to remind the kids to bring their devices to be charged, which means they are learning to be responsible for that themselves. It is a win for everyone.

The tub looks okay, but it was delivered without a key. The lock is locked so...not a very helpful part of the classroom yet. I am calling now to see if I can get a key asap, and I will update this review when it arrives.

This is an excellent means to charge devices while keeping them secure in my opinion! It did not take long to get it set up, and once the devices are inside, it is simple to close the lid and lock it. I like that there are dividers to separate the devices, and there is good ventilation for heat dissipation throughout. I also like that a surge protector was included. Overall, this is a well designed and useful product to charge devices while keeping them secure, so I highly recommend this unit with the top five star rating and recommendation!

I recently integrated the Copernicus Charging Station into my home to organize and charge my kids IPad's and headphones. Overall, I find the concept to be quite innovative, providing a secure and organized solution, however, there are a few aspects that could be improved for an even better user experience.Firstly , the absence of a USB plug on the power strip is a noticeable drawback. Adding a USB port would enhance the charging station's versatility and convenience, allowing users to charge additional devices that may not require a normal electrical outlet. I will think in the future I will swap out the power strip for one that also has USB ports.Another concern lies in the durability of the plastic material used in the construction. The plastic feels somewhat lightweight, and I believe a sturdier heavy duty plastic or metal would contribute to the longevity of the product. This become particularly important in a classroom setting where the charging station may undergo frequent use and handling.Devices in hard plastic cases fit effortlessly into the designated slots, however IPad's with thicker rubber cases (for kids) fit a bit tight. while it does accommodate them, the snug fit requires a little extra effort when placing or removing devices.On the positive side, the charging station has proven effective in maintaining an organized charging area for our devices. The lockable feature adds an extra layer of security , which is particularly beneficial in a home with kids.
