Cute but...needs an on/off switch because my thumb got numb holding it On to trim hedge. It was a 10 foot x 2 x 3 ft tall hedge, all new growth, but hedge clipper was mediocre took forever to trim, got a numb thumb and hedge looks rough & ruffley and I returned it and got hand hedge clippers. I donot want to pay $80 at this point for other hedgers. But good hedgers would have done the hedge in 10 minutes, but took 30 mins with this product.

Got this for my wife. This is definitely cheaply made but it did cut. So I give it 3 stars. The body seems to be made from a cheap plastic. It feels and looks like a plastic used for kids toys. The noise of the blades and motor sound like a toy laser gun. LOL. I suspect if it was dropped on a hard surface it would crack or break the housing. The battery is difficult to lock and unlock from the body. My wife wasn't able to change them. I had to use a fair amount of force to even change them. Most batteries I have used on other devices could almost be changed with one hand. The cutting blades remind me of the metal used for inexpensive scissors. So not sure how long they will hold an edge. If I had seen these in a store, I would have passed and bought some that felt and appeared more longer lasting.

I used this to cut the weeds in my side yard. The latest hurricane took out my planter and it is awaiting new plants. I love that I don't need to have a cord dragging behind me and I have a backup battery. It is small so probably won't work on plants with woody branches. Other than that, perfect for my needs.

I bought this mostly for clipping grass in some areas that my string trimmer can't reach or where the string trimmer will damage something. It works well for that.I tried it on some shrubs, and it won't cut through very large limbs. For minor trimmings of leaves and toothpick sized branches, it works fine. But for anything more, it lacks enough power.Swapping out the two heads takes a bit to learn, as you need to make sure the blades are in the right position to engage with the driver section. But after inspecting it a bit and some trial-and-error, I figured out how to align them and I had no further issues.

It has been a while since I have even seen these things...really since I was a kid. They work for small or tight jobs for clearing or shaping...not a big job tool, but easy to use and maneuver.
