Blade would not stay in saw, and when it did stay in, it ran for 30 seconds and then stopped and started smoking!!!! Called Amazon and they said it is past the return time period... I ordered it three months ago!!!

I misread the write up about this device as I saw Dewalt, and didn’t read further. This jigsaw will use a default battery, but it is not a DeWalt jigsaw. I overlooked that I do not know how it works as I have not used it yet, but I was shocked when I received it. I needed ASAP so I will use it, and I will update my review upon that. I was immediately disappointed when I opened the box as it wasn’t what I was expecting. That I think about it the price was very good and I was shocked that I was getting what I thought I was getting for that price so hindsight being in 20/20 I should’ve read the description better

The stroke on the blade is fake it doesn't move back and forth.
