While some winearies are moving to screw caps most of my purchases are still using corkage. I admit some of my preference is simply the process of uncorking an old red and smelling the cork. I go back with my love of wine to the mid 60’s and I consume wine daily. Sure, it easier to open a screw cap but the expectation of a really good wine goes away when I encounter them. All that said, this is my choice for opening bottles from my cellar.
