I was a little concerned about this since several reviews mention (and show) the head breaking at the weld joint. I'm happy to report that either the build quality has been improved by the manufacturer, or I just got lucky. In any case, the two parts of the head are solidly welded together. I've had zero issues using this in the garden to dig, weed, and cultivate. The handle is long enough so that I can use it without having to stoop, but not so long that it's unwieldy in tight spots. I'm finding it very comfortable to swing and use -- less effort than using a long handled tool, and no stooping/kneeling as you would with a hand tool. It's a good middle ground. The handle offers good grip and is comfortable to use even when I'm not wearing work gloves.I am very satisfied with the design, build quality, performance and value. Five stars.

Thus tool is amazing! It is my second one ( because I used my first so much and pushed it too hard that it broke).I very quickly researched how to get another because I purchased my first at Tractor Supply. TS didn't carry them again and luckily found on Amazon 😊This tool is my favorite for getting the weeds out, the debris, and any other thing that is not supposed to be in my yard. I have worked it and worked it, until the tines broke off. Still have the spade side on the old one and it's sturdy. Again, great tool!!

Wondered when unpacked this garden tool.....thought it looked entirely too small teeth to actually do any good and boy was I wrong! THIS IS FANTASTIC garden weeder/hoe.....you easily strike the ground and pull towards you and the small openings in the tong teeth are perfect for just pulling up the grass or weed, only capturing the plant and roots, no room for dirt!! and also easy to shake or pull to remove the entrapped weed/grass....my chickens LOVE their garden salads!!!! the greens, that is!! woohoo! Since steel with easy grip no worries about breaking anything!!!!! LOVE IT!

This is an awesome tool !Only one downside after first hard day of use:The three-tined side of the blade bent as I was using it for support to pry on a small root with the solid blade. I was probably asking too much of it, but the rock solid handle of this cool tool invites a little abuse of the business end. Beef up the steel in the blades and it’s Five Stars.

Nice sturdy rake for Weeding. The sharpness of the points gets into the ground. The handle is comfortable. I have raised garden beds and this works great in them.

Love using this tool! It has enough heft that swinging it to hoe or to use the prongs is easy and it sinks into the ground just right to get the job done! I do a lot of work in my yard sitting down, and this tool is long enough to use standing and short enough to use sitting down. When I pay a helper to work with me, they always try to take my tool to use, so I had to buy an extra one, lol!

I love this tool. It is easy to use. I have grass that needed to be removed from my flower beds. the prongs dug in, and pulled from the roots up. I found that this works best with the soil slightly damp. A lot faster than digging grass out of the flower beds.

I liked the oval-shaped handle to give more strength in the operating direction an easier hand grip. The long weld to the hoe end also looked to add strength.I was VERY DISAPPOINTED when the very first time I tried to use it, the cultivator tines bent 90 degrees. They are very weakly attached to the handle. It is a serious design flaw.I actually bought it to make it easier for me to pull weeds and crabgrass from the lawn. I could actually pull them out with my bare hands because of their shallow roots, but it was a strain on the grip to do very many. I had been using a similar-looking tool for several years, but it eventually broke due to the handle rusting at the business end. This tool looked like it had a more rugged design and welds (compared to my old light-duty tool. I had great expectations.I was totally taken by surprise when the first time I used it, I sank the tines into the crabgrass roots and pried up. All 3 tines (being a unit welded to a thin piece of metal), just bent right over at the thin metal with no effort at all. It also took no effort to bend them back straight again by tapping them against the ground. If I bend it one more time, it would probably just snap off.For how rugged the hoe and handle are made, the cultivator end is just a crap design. There should have been some structural ribs welded across the thin section, or bring the tines back to the hoe/handle connection point. If it was just a hoe, it would be a fine tool, but it would need to be lower cost. I can not recommend this tool for anything more than the hoe end.

Fabulous to use. I struggle to get on my knees, this allowed me to dig weeds out easily. Best Buy ever.

We needed something to break up and till some earth, and this did the trick at a really great value. It is sturdy and easy to use for small jobs, but required lots of energy for bigger jobs (because e.g., i only has a fe prongs so would take long time to do a large area) and the metal started to bend when we overused it (e.g., prying out some tree roots that are outside the regular use for this kind of tool).Highly recommended, unless you specifically need something for larger, heavier duty work.

De très bonne qualité. J'aurais juste aimé la possibilité de trouver ce produit avec l'option d'un manche plus long. Mais sinon je le recommande sans hésiter!
