Got these to install on my new C8, installed very easy, I did put a little drop of Loctite on them to keep them from backing out, not sure if needed, but it was for my own peace of mind. But I've used them several times already and couldn't be happier.

Good product, fits, works, correctly sized and well finished with all hardware. Pre-assemble them most of the way leaving about a quarter inch gap, add threadlock, feed them in, twist in place, and finish tightening. They add just enough height to allow a flat surface to clear the body, and make the correct jacking points obvious. Great. The threadlock may not be necessary but the bolts are small, there’s no room in the joint for bolt stretch, and there is no way to add lock washers with the recessed cap screws. So I suggest it if you intend to leave them installed, which is one of the main benefits, then use threadlock.About the only thing I can add is that I’d like the jacking surface to be hatched but it would add a lot of cost to making them and maybe not add much real benefit. All in all very happy with the function and value.

The jacking pucks installed easily using the allen wrench supplied with the pucks. I'd recommend that the allen wrench be kept with the vehicle, since the holes in the front of the chassis are also likely to be used for tow hooks if the car needs to be towed. If so, the pucks will have to be removed in the field.

I wish they were thicker, and I suspect the bolts might start to get corroded over time if left on the car full time (which is kind of the purpose of this type of puck)... but worth the price and serves its purpose. I was going to machine my own pucks, and realized I couldn't do it at this price. If you're tight on cash, a hockey puck or even a block of wood will work in a pinch. However, you spent all that money on this car, I think you can afford the price of these pucks. Just remember that if your jack doesn't have a rubberized pad on it, you NEED to add something between the jack and these pucks. Metal on metal is slippery and that's a disaster waiting to happen.

The “jack points†on the new C8 Corvettes are not very obvious to anyone unfamiliar with the car. Even if the mechanic locates them they are recessed and need a pad put on most jacks to prevent damage to the car. These jack pads mount permanently to the car making it obvious where to place a shop jack and provide some relief from the underside of the car. I like that they mount permanently so they are there when needed. I am impressed by the quality of these pads, they appear to be machined from billet aluminum, have a beautiful adonized finish and fit perfectly. They took about 15 minutes to install all 4 of them. The required hex wrench is even included.

Literally took 2-3 min per side to install. I used blue loctite and let the car sit 24hrs before moving it. A must buy to protect your car. Can’t beat the value for the money. I’ve seen these for 100+ online.

All the bolts were missing and all the small backing plates were missing.
