I've had many steam cleaners over the years. This make the second one of this brand an style I've bought in 3 year's. The last one like this I used for 2 years as I do housekeeping and vehicle detailing for a living when I replace it, it was still working fine so I gave it to my son an his wife and it's still working for them like a dream. The one I bought to replace was not long lasting or of good quality. So I bought this one again. I would highly recommend this product it's of high quality, long lasting and the price is excellent. It's lightweight has every attachment you would ever need for any cleaning job. An you need no cleaning chemicals which saves money right there it just requires plan water an that's it.

Always love a canister steamer. The steamers that come as mops are so awkward to use and can’t be maneuvered like the canister steamers can.I’ve had a shark steamer for 12 years so I was disappointed to learn they stopped making them. Having to try a different brand I was skeptical and fully expected having to return this steamer due to brand name. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a keeper.I use the steamer for everything. Curtains from storage are wrinkled so once hung, I attach the ironing attachments and steam the curtains wrinkle feee while they hang in the windows. I use it for cleaning the bathroom, kitchen snd tough places to clean/disinfect. I do not use in my car but I may try it on the grill come summer next year. The floor attachment is nice for steaming the floors too. The attachment wand is perfect length for the arm and you steam the floors like you would mop a floor with a mop. They dry quickly too. I also use this to steam the furniture like husbands recliner and couch the pets use. What I really like most is the ability to attach the long wand to the steamer, hang a shirt and steam it ready to wear. No ironing!!!The temp is adjustable. This is a perk as some items can’t handle intense heat or moisture like hardwood floors and special fabrics.The cord is long so you won’t need an extension cord.Plenty of attachments for varied chores.It holds s lot of water too, unlike past canister steamers.The price for the quality is reasonable. I recommend this product.

Great steam mop for doing the entire house. I do wish there was a more precise nozzle for spraying strap directly in cracks but the pressure it has seems to make up for it. I’ve steamed about every room in my house floor to ceiling. Works well on walls hard floor bathtubs mattress for the most part. The carpet attachment is big and doesn’t clip on which is a bummer, makes for steaming mattresses a little tough but I still managed to get it to work. Great steamer especially for the price the water resiviour lasts a very long time. Keep extra microfiber towels around and rubber bands. Boy does it lift up some dirt!!!

This steamer will kill bed bugs & any insects if they are in the way when you steam. You have to run it over every inch of everything in your home; including the wall baseboards and cracks to completely eradicate them. Otherwise, it only kill them from the exact object that you use it on. You can eradicate bed bugs and other insects by steaming the carpets, walls of an empty room and then steam each item you put back into that room. The entire home needs to be done to eradicate chemical resistant bed bugs and other insects; especially the wall baseboards and then use liquid foam in the wall baseboards and cracks to stop insects from coming back into your home. Hot heat from this steamer is a great improvement for eradicating insects from your home. This one is affordable and workable for anyone working hard to get rid of insects and cleaning your home.

We got bedbugs. We did the expensive spay treatments and they seemed to do more harm to us than the bed bugs so we had to give that up. Next we tried to kill them with those spray bombs which are not effective. Then it was a spray that was not harmful to humans but the spray had to be sprayed directly on the bugs.I researched how to get rid of them and heat seemed to be the best idea. Bed bugs can't tolerate temperatures above 120 degrees and obviously steam is much hotter.We had the McCulloch 1375 but there isn't a good carpet attachment for it. It wasn't suitable for steaming the carpet.We saw the Costway 2000 and it had what they called a carpet glider attachment. We bought it for that attachment and we weren't disappointed. It does a good job killing the little pests. Will you get them all in one application? No, but it's relatively easy to use and if you use it on everything that might hold bed bugs you will kill them. We have used it twice now on the carpets and have not seen a bug since the second application. You must however move the furniture around to steam all of the carpet as bed bugs like to hide under furniture. You have to be thorough.I gave it a five for that one attachment. When compared to the McCulloch 1375 it comes up short in everyway except for steaming carpets.The main complaints is the power cord is not very long and neither is the steam cable. The quality of the unit doesn't measure up to the McCulloch. There is no gauge to let you know how hot the steam is, only a green light which when it runs low on water it goes off and a red light comes on. Oh, and it comes with a glove to handle the hot steam wand which isn't needed with the McCulloch.Bottom line is if you buy it to get rid of Bed bugs it's very good and I give it five stars. If you don't need it for bed bugs or steaming carpets do yourself a favor and get a better unit.The one thing I thought it was good at, it wasn't. So the change in the stars from 5 to 1. It was easy to use on the carpet but it turns out the steam wasn't hot enough to kill the bugs. In fact with the small nozzle on the wand I can hold my hand within 3 inches of it without getting burned.I did not discover it wasn't doing the job I bought it for or I would have returned it before it was too late.

It's worth every single penny!!! I removed "century" old stains from my carpets!!! I couldn't get them out by all means and now they are all gone!!

Lots steam output, and tools kits including is great.Only issues is the water tank is hard to clean with mineral deposit.Just using citric acid with half tank of water can easily clean out mineral deposit.

The product workmanship is very good, the packaging is perfect, and the storage after use is also good. Very satisfied with the unboxing.Not sure about jet temperature. Five stars, recommended.

The safety lock doesn’t work so the steam is always on which is super unsafe to use.

This unit has a very small stream , and not the pressure you expect. But that being saidPatience is needed and the job will get done.
