Very useful cleaning product. I have been using it to clean grout, dust off of glass, stove tops, and floor tile. It is pressurized as well so the dust blows off in addition to being steamed. It is light enough to carry around easily. It feels very durable in the hand and it comes with several attachment pieces.It has 6 different heat levels, the 6th level is quite hot only at the tip, but the steam itself I found to be manageable at any distance beyond the immediate tip of the nozzle. This is seriously a game changer.I found it particularly useful on my windows where there were some areas that were especially difficult to reach, this did the job very easily.

This is a great product for multiple uses. Has a good steady steam flow for cleaning. Works on carpet stains, car cleaning, and anywhere that is needed around the house. I like it that it’s small and easy to carry around. Various attachments make it easy to clean different areas. The heat level is high so I am glad there are gloves included that I can wear to protect my hands. But the high heat level is what makes this steam cleaner work. Glad to have made this purchase.

It's taken me a long time to unpack this item, the number of parts, gloves and what looked like booties, included. There is an instruction sheet, which I didn't at first find when I opened the box. The instructions are important, so don't overlook them. We couldn't screw on the wand attachments and had to clean grout using the nozzle without the attachment. No difficulty putting on the other attachments. Cleans good. The steam does get hot, do use the gloves. The steamer pauses and starts again, it's not a power issue.

My wife bought me this and very glad she did. Very easy to use for cleaning. I used it to clean shower stall, grout, drains. Toilet lids. Have also used it to get wrinkles out of clothes and such different things as removing bumper stickers. Great at all of those things and … then it broke under normal use

This steam cleaner excels for cleaning grout. No more harsh chemicles and scrubbing forever using a wire brush. The cleaner does it in seconds. I cleaned the grout in my shower in 15 minutes, did the floor in my bathroom in 5 and my entire kitchen in 30 minutes. Huge difference. Note that the trick is suck up, not mop the dirty water after steam cleaning the grout, since wiping or mopping will only force the water and dirt back into the grout. I've used the cleaner on fabric and boat gelcoat. Works great. Note that is real steam and not some pressure washer. It will burn you if you're not careful. I highly recommend this model, especially for its low cost.
