I sized up one from my normal size and it fit well. It held up well in the washer, too. The only negative is that it smells TERRIBLE - an awful fishy smell that doesn't wash out easily.

Preschool teachers at my school came up with the idea to dress up like crayons for Halloween—-so we found this adorable shirt and tutu crayon costume to make it happen…this is just a fun idea for any teacher, art teacher, or teaching team! What I love about this is that this costume gives everyone the ability to choose their favorite crayon color, it is easy to put on (just the crayon tee and cute tutu) which you can easily slip on in seconds, and ta da!…cuteness overload, especially helpful when we have just a few minutes in the day to get ready for our school parade. We just fell in love with the tutu idea because…well tutus!…and we want to set ourselves apart from other school teams, by making that unequivocally bold statement that “We are preschool teachers, we have fun, and we own it!â€So we are all picking out different colors…I ordered the green, and love the bright kelly green shade, and got the cute tutu with skirt and matching shirt which coordinates perfectly, so this is exactly what I was looking for. (We will actually be all wearing our own black leggings with our costumes, because usually it gets cold on Halloween in our area, but if for some reason it is warmer on Halloween where you live and you are wearing shorts or skirts instead, you can find the cutest coordinating knee socks (sold separately) that match each of these crayon costume colors to a tee (hahaha no pun intended!)As another idea, there are also some of the most adorable crayon hats you can buy separately for those of you going for the “full crayon look†that really complete the fun! There are some cone style and cap style on Amazon, so I love that these weren’t included so we could pick out ones we all wanted.Sizing was as expected, and I was able to order my regular size, however you may want to size up if you prefer your shirts looser.Really loving how this gives you the essentials for a great “team†costume, that is creative, full of positivity, and just literally so much fun. Hope you and your team love this as much as our teaching team does!

For a cute costume, you can't go wrong with being a crayon. When my kiddo saw this, she immediately called her friends and they each got another color. They wore the costumes over long-sleeve white T-shirts and the same color of tights. I then quickly hot-glued empty crayon boxes here and there on the T-shirt. They got lots of compliments on their group costume! The T-shirt had the right amount of stretch, as did the waistband of the tutu. The lining under the tutu was very nice, so it wasn't scratchy.
