I can get so caught up trying to get a good deal that I'm often disappointed in the quality of what ends up arriving at my door...So far, however, the items that I've purchased from the CRAFTMEMORE shop have been great. They're substantial in weight and don't feel flimsy at all. The finishes are nice and close to the images from the computer. So while the prices aren't "bargain basement", I feel that they're overall a great value. I wish they had more variety and weren't sold out of some of the items in their shop. I'd definitely buy more if available.

I buy these pretty often and have had no problems on any of the purses or backpacks i make . they are sturdier than others i have tried. i will for sure be buying them again.

The hook broke on my very heavy leather messenger bag and the person fixing it requested that I get a replacement. Color is perfect-looks great - has heft - exactly what I needed. Plus I have extras!

These are really great swivel clasps that are perfect for bag making. They have a good thickness and quality that can be hard to find. I used these for a couple backpacks and they held up well on a trip to Disneyland.

Very good quality & a decent price but the shipping times were long. 5 to6 weeks to get to Canada, then it sat in Post office warehouse for another 3 weeks...pandemic? from China shipment? I got the order in the 8th week. I will order again but am now prepared for the shipping time & will be more patient. Research, where the vendor is from, is my advice to buyers...
