When my daughter unboxed her kit she realized the koala face piece was missing. She is super disappointed, but going through reviews it seems common for there to be a missing piece. She is super disappointed.

My granddaughter loved this but was so disappointed that she didn’t get the doggie , baby koala etc. I had done a return on it but she wanted to keep the koala she’d already sewn. So I will not be returning the defective set. I got the replacement very quickly. Maybe you can give me a discount on the replacement set for the missing parts on the first one. Thank you.
