? Just follow these four simple steps and bring the sweet ethnic taste of lady locks to your kitchen:
1. Cut rolled pastry dough into strips, wrap around the cone, overlapping consecutive turns slightly. Seal pastry at large end of cone.
2. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes
3. Carefully slip out cones from mold, cool
4. Fill them with sweetened whip cream.

Our mold is spiral like ice-cream cone which is better than the solid one.
You can gently squeeze and spin the mold after pastry is baked and remove it without cracking the pastry.

Be careful using these as the edge is a little sharp.

I really love these. I actually use the horn molds more to make baked cinnamon sugat cream horns (crescent roll dough or puff pastry dough). They're a great 20 minutes dessert that's like a churro or doughnut. Seriously buy these they're great. Dishwasher safe, clean up is easy, they might be flimsy somewhat but they are mighty. Have used them at least 50 times and no signs of rust.

It was easy to wrap the cannoli dough around the mold, and to remove the fried cannolis. The ends of the mold are sharp, so cleaning is best done in a dishwasher.

Used it multiple times, the molds are easy to use and easy to clean which is important. Nothing stick to it, you don’t have to apply anything before use. The size is regular so the horn is going to medium.

l wanted to make taquitos and thought heyyy, l sprayed the tubes with butter cooking spray and wrapped tortillas around them and baked for 5-6 minutes in a preheated oven then filled with taco meat mix

The product is made of a very thin sheet metal. The forms are folded into cylindrical and conical shapes, they are not seamless. See photo with arrows. During baking, the forms can open up due to heat and the pastry can crack. The pastry also sticks to the seam. The edges of the cones and cylinders are very sharp, making it difficult to handle without risk of cutting fingers while removing the pastry or while washing.

These work just fine for the price, but I sliced my finger open on them. If you’re going to be using these a lot, maybe consider shopping for a more expensive brand that smooths its edges. Razor sharp! I might take a file to them. Otherwise, good size for standard cream horns and cannoli.
