This is an awesome idea glad they made this use it for your Crock-Pot or if you have a stew pot or cast iron pot put it on the outside and when you take up the lid you can put it right there you don't have to look for a place on your counter love it.

The hooks wasn't wide enough to fit the ceramic insert of our 6 quart Crock-Pot. No rubber or silicone on the ends or resting part the lid.

I ended up returning these. They would "probably" work on a regular crock pot, but I purchased 2 sets for my mini 3 crockpot. They were to big. I don't like the design of putting them between the base and the crock, or the other option of hanging them on inside the lid doesn't completely close and they are not as stable.

I had seen these before and went to a festival this summer and almost bought one that does the same thing but is designed very differently. It was $20 for one so I decided to wait and buy these and get 2 of them. Happy I did!

Works great for pots on the stove, but the crockpot lip around the top is wider than the clip allows for.
