I love this slow cooker! I used it for the first time the other day. Noted that it seems to cook faster and hotter than my old crock pot. I used both my old one and this new one simultaneously to make two identical dishes (bbq pulled pork). I cooked both pork roasts (same weight each) on high for 4 hours as directed. The pork roast in my old cooker was perfectly done but the pork roast in the new one was over cooked. I do not blame the cooker...in fact I think it is a good thing that it cooks faster. I will just note it in the future to shorten the cooking time so I don't over cook the food. Also love the handles that hold the lid in place. They seem very secure. I haven't used the schedule a meal feature yet but looking forward to it for those busy days I go to work!

This crock pot is nice and big. You can set for a specific time or set manually which I love best.Bigger than my old one that I had Forever but it’s works!!!

I bought this in advance as a Christmas present for my wife. It wasn't opened until after Christmas and a large dent was discovered in the outer casing but this was past the return date at this point unfortunately. The box itself was fine so there was no indication to check it out further upon delivery.That said, it functions just fine and the programable features are very nice for timed or unattended cooking. I would recommend it aside from the cosmetic damage.

I really like how you can select soup and then pot size (half or full) and it will automatically set it the temperature and time for you. The quality and is durable and easy to clean. I love the size and how the lid has a small hole that lets the amazing smell come out through the house! It was a gift I got for myself and I will be gifting to family next year! It’s a great value for the size it is

It does cook a little hotter side but love it! I hope it last me 12 years like my last one did!

The timing option is great. My only complaint is I wish I could assign a time further away. If I make soup at 4am, before my 6am shift, and I don't get home till 7pm, my soup is on warming or cool down mode already, vs hot and just finished cooking.

Las instrucciones de uso son claras y sencillas. El display muestra la información necesaria para programar el platillo. Inmediatamente lo use para cocer frijoles en lugar de la olla express y funciono excelente. La recomiendo.

Easy to use and great tasting results. However, the automatic function needs a refinement. Along with the 0-2, and 2+ lbs setting, a 4+ lbs setting would be good. Had a 5.5 lb Turkey go undercooked. After manually adding more 1 hr, it was perfectly done though.
