I had dropped my $80 crosman 1000 that I got from Amazon in 2017. Plastic frame broke now trash. I think this is the same gun without scope for $40. Read somewhere that you only shoot pellets or bbs in the gun. So this ones for bbs and the other $100 gun is for pellets only. Beware rats!

Relatively small size, reasonable price, light weight and more than satisfactory accuracy make this an ideal first air gun for the beginning marksman (or woman). As a parent, and now grandparent, I've used the 760 to train a few kids. The multi-step process needed to pump, load/cock and fire makes the 760 a good pick to safely coach a novice shooter. The 760 fits well to the shoulder, the iron sights are appropriate for the rifle, and trigger pull seems very consistent.Boring facts aside, the 760 is just plain FUN to shoot-grampa always has to launch a couple of dozen bb's himself.Note: Make sure to order Crosman's Pellgunoil along with the rifle-petroleum based oils will eat the pump seals and can be hard to find in some areas.

This is a nice little air rifle. It is inexpensive and that shows in the quality of the materials used for the stock and pump handle, but overall it is well built. The features are simple but effective. Straight out of the box the accuracy is excellent with no adjustment. It feels good in the hands, well balanced and solid. For $31 it's a good bargain.

Absolute trash!!! Gun was already partly broken when it arrived and I didn’t receive strip magazine either, this product is a joke. Just pay the extra 20 bucks and get a DAISY powerline 880 or unless you live where they are the same price well then hey don’t even think about the pump master I’ve have it for like 20 minutes before the whole stock fell apart while pumping it up (only on the forth pump)Accuracy in my opinion is ok but just stick with the powerline, accuracy is great out of box, trigger is great out of box and you get a rifled barrel. dont waste your time with this garbage plastics even feel cheaper than dirt, this is not a bad review for Crosman they have great products the 2100 is amazing and the old pump master is great, but this 760 pump master is garbage if it don’t last an hour it not even worth 30 bucks besides you don’t wanna be picking up a bunch of bbs because your stock fell apart because that is exactly what you will be doing if you buy this air gun

Buy either this, or a Daisy bb gun for your 8yr old. When your kid turns 11 or 12, get them a 22. I had one of these when I was a kid in the 70s. I remember the one that I had as having more power than what I bought recently. It's been a long time and maybe I'm wrong, but this one doesn't seem to have it like the one that I used to own.
