I really LOVE popovers and have been using muffin pans for years. I finally broke down and bought a ‘real’ popover pan, and am so glad I did! Quality is as nice as pans at twice the cost. heat distribution wonderful, great popovers, easy to get out. Pan cleans up nicely, I NEVER put non-stick in dishwasher and NEVER use sprays like Pam as they destroy finish. I melt butter and brush it on. I’ve read it works for brownies, muffins, etc.

This popover pan is terrific. For my first time making rolls, I used the recipe that was on the pan package—bad idea. They turned out terrible and were condensed, firm little bread cylinders (they never rose up and over the pan as a popover should). My second try was using the King Arthur popover rolls recipe (on their website), and they turned out fabulous and beautiful. The pan works great with the right recipes!

Pan came in perfect condition, and delivered in 2 days! Looking forward to popovers in a proper pan, rather than my muffin pan which can't compare.

First time baking popovers. I used a recipe called light and buttery classic popovers. Now this pan is non stick so I am not sure I needed to spray the pan with a non stick spray but I did anyway. Just look at the pictures. Not sure what was going on with the one with bunny ears. I grew up eating popovers for special meals and this pan won’t disappoint you. Granted it’s all in the recipe and knowing if you oven’s temperature is accurate. I couldn’t be more pleased. Bon appetite!
